Rule of the Kings Part IV: Return of the King (No. 282E)

Introduction

We saw that during the reign of the prophet Samuel, Israel had requested a king and God gave them a king. After Saul sinned God gave them David and sent Samuel to anoint him. In that line, in Judah, the kingdom was to remain until the Messiah and then, on his return, remain with him forever. His lineage is covered in the paper Genealogy of the Messiah (No. 119). He was to be killed, in atonement of man’s sins, and return to the side of the Father until the time of Satan’s rule was almost completed and then cut short to save mankind from total destruction (Ps. 110:1f). The details of God’s Plan in the creation are outlined in the text Introduction to the Commentary on the Bible (F000) and the Shema (No. 002B) and the texts below. See also Summary and Harmony of the Gospels (F043vi).

The six thousand years of Satan’s rule is almost complete (2027) and soon Messiah, as Morning Star designate and the designated ruler (Num. 24:17) of this planet, will return to take up his position in command of this planet and to establish the millennial system for the thousand years of the Plan of Salvation (No. 001A) and the Sabbath rest of the planet to train the world for their role as Elohim and sons of God under Messiah (The Elect as Elohim (No. 001)). This was all to be done in the framework of Israel as the Plan of God (No. 001B) and Israel as the Vineyard of God (No. 001C). Every single person on the planet both alive and dead will be grafted into the nation of Israel under the Messiah through either the First Resurrection (No. 143A) at the return of the Messiah, or through the Millennium and the Second Resurrection of the Dead (No. 143B) at the end of the Millennium.

Because of this sequence and plan, the demons have spent a deal of time instilling the mindset of anti-Israel or anti-Semitism into the mindset of the nations. That mindset will end when Messiah returns and sends the demons to the pit of Tartaros and cleans it out of the minds of the nations, if necessary by force, after his arrival with the Host. Prior to that event God will send the Witnesses Enoch and Elijah to Jerusalem.

Conversion under the Witnesses

The sequence of the creation is outlined in the text Outline Timetable of the Age (No. 272) and the wars in Timetable of the World Wars and the Kings of the East (No. 272B).

After the massive destruction of the nations under the Wars of the End Part I: Wars of Amalek (No. 141C) and the destruction of almost half the world under the Wars of the Fifth and the Sixth Trumpets, the Witnesses Enoch and Elijah, will be sent to Jerusalem and they will preach from the Temple Mount in Jerusalem for 1260 days (Mal. 4:5; Rev. 11:3-13) (No. 141D). The demons will have enraged many in the populace and they will succeed in killing the two Witnesses as they did Christ and the Prophets before them. They will lie in the streets for four days and, on the morning of the Fourth Day, Messiah and the Loyal Host will arrive on the Mount of Olives and split the Mount in two in a massive earthquake that will create a massive plain of 66 km in Israel and move Sinai southward and cut off the tongue of the Red Sea.

Armageddon and the Vials of the Wrath of God

Due to the work of the demons and their minions the world will be in the process of destroying itself and they will oppose the Christ, as King, when he arrives, and they will send further forces into Israel to attempt to destroy the Messiah and the Loyal Host. The Demons themselves are gathered up, by the Host, and sent to Tartaros. The nations have been so damaged by their possession that the leaders hide in the bunkers of the mountains and despatch their armies to supplement and replace the armies of the Beast in Israel. These are all destroyed in the War of Armageddon and then all over the world in the Vials of the Wrath of God (No. 141E). The nations make war with Christ instead of repenting over the vials of the Wrath of God, and suffer great losses (No. 141E_2). God has sent the Host under Messiah to take over the earth to complete His plan and there is no possible chance that human resistance will be allowed or succeed. Death is the only result of resistance. It is to establish mindless resistance that the Demons have established the Alien hypothesis, so that mankind will assume an alien invasion and oppose it rather than accept the Messiah, as foretold by Bible prophecy.

The Rule of the King

The primary activities will be for the consolidation of the rule of the Israelite and associated nations (see Nos. 212E and 212F). Consequently all monarchies in those nations will abdicate and hand over rule to the true King, who is the Messiah, as son of David as foretold in Zechariah 12:8 (12:7-9) where the Household of David shall be as Elohim at the First Resurrection. Victory shall go to the tents of Judah first so that Jerusalem and its inhabitants will not be exalted over Judah. Charles III as King of the Commonwealth will abdicate and hand over the UK and the entire Commonwealth of Nations to Messiah (From David and the Exilarchs to the House of Windsor (No. 067)). This is unavoidable and is no reflection on any of the royals and could be predicted, even by Nostradamus. Although, Charles’ participation in the globalist NWO “great reset” is itself a disgrace. The House of Windsor will then become servants of the administration in Israel as will every other monarchy of every nation on the planet. So also will all republics be dissolved and become part of the rule of Christ in the Commonwealth, as constitutional monarchies headed by Messiah at Jerusalem with local governors-general. The US will dissolve its constitution and reform under the Laws of God (L1) with every nation forming administrations as per the Law given to Moses (see below).

Representation

Exo 18:13-26 On the morrow Moses sat to judge the people, and the people stood about Moses from morning till evening. ¹⁴ When Moses' father-in-law saw all that he was doing for the people, he said, "What is this that you are doing for the people? Why do you sit alone, and all the people stand about you from morning till evening?" ¹⁵And Moses said to his father-in-law, "Because the people come to me to inquire of God; ¹⁶ when they have a dispute, they come to me and I decide between a man and his neighbor, and I make them know the statutes of God and his decisions." ¹⁷Moses' father-in-law said to him, "What you are doing is not good. ¹⁸You and the people with you will wear yourselves out, for the thing is too heavy for you; you are not able to perform it alone. ¹⁹Listen now to my voice; I will give you counsel, and God be with you! You shall represent the people before God, and bring their cases to God; ²⁰and you shall teach them the statutes and the decisions, and make them know the way in which they must walk and what they must do. ²¹Moreover, choose able men from all the people, such as fear God, men who are trustworthy and who hate a bribe; and place such men over the people as rulers of thousands, of hundreds, of fifties, and of tens. ²²And let them judge the people at all times; every great matter they shall bring to you, but any small matter they shall decide themselves; so it will be easier for you, and they will bear the burden with you. ²³If you do this, and God so commands you, then you will be able to endure, and all this people also will go to their place in peace." ²⁴So Moses gave heed to the voice of his father-in-law and did all that he had said. ²⁵Moses chose able men out of all Israel, and made them heads over the people, rulers of thousands, of hundreds, of fifties, and of tens. ²⁶And they judged the people at all times; hard cases they brought to Moses, but any small matter they decided themselves.

In this way voting must be compulsory in all nations. So also must there be captains of Divisions, as per the structure of Israel under the tribes and the regions. All representatives will be independents working to the merits of each issue brought before them as a parliament.

Discipline

So also the electoral system must be reformed and made accountable. All political parties will be abolished. Corruption will be treated as theft under the law and repaid as per theft at four times the amount taken. The guilty are to be dismissed. If it is repeated or classed as systemic then the politicians and administrators will be executed.

Yearly Conferences

God’s Calendar (No. 156) is to be restored under the law. Hillel and the postponements and the Babylonian Intercalations will be removed, and banned, as are all modern calendars based on the Sun and Mystery Cults or Pagan systems (see No. 235). No Church of God keeping Hillel will be permitted entry to the First Resurrection at the Return of Messiah. No person not baptised into the Body of Christ, in the Church of God, will be permitted entry to the First Resurrection and the millennial system. There will be only One Church and One Faith, One Bread One Body (012); and also One Body, One Faith, One Baptism (001D). Especially is that so, if they have been keeping Hillel, and not the Temple Calendar. With the conversion of Judah, Hillel will become an anachronism (see 195; 195C). It will not be allowed to exist in the Millennium.

The Millennium

The 1000 years of the millennial rule of Christ and the Resurrected Saints will be a great learning curve in the human phase of the creation. No person teaching the doctrines of heaven and hell or any false doctrine will be permitted to live into the Millennium. The education process will be thorough and aimed at removing all false doctrines from mankind as quickly as possible. Truth (No.168) is the major focus of all education in that system. Corruption in the education process and teaching false information will be punished and the guilty removed from the education and scientific process. Much of that corruption will be removed in the Wars of the End and at the return of the Messiah before the Millennium. The entire Globalist system will be stamped out by Messiah. They will not live into the Millennium and will be re-educated at the Second Resurrection along with the demons who corrupted them (see Judgment of the Demons (No. 080)).

At the Feast of Tabernacles each year each nation is to send their representatives to Jerusalem where they will be briefed on the requirements for the international administrations. Failure to keep the Calendar and especially the Sabbaths and New Moons will result in death by starvation and the plagues of Egypt for any nation failing to do so (Isa. 66:23-24; Zech 14:16-19). All edicts of the administration under Christ at Jerusalem are to be obeyed.

False Religions

All religious systems on the planet that are derived from non biblical sources and customs such as the Sun and Mystery Cults or any idolatrous source will be banned, and their administrations removed, and prevented from entry to the Millennium. The system of the Triune God which was destined to be destroyed in the wars of the end by the Beast system (F066iv) is not to be restored and its administration at Rome or in the UK and US or anywhere else is to be prohibited (see No. 299B; see also The Last Pope (No. 288)).

All religion contrary to, and not based on, the Laws of God and the Temple Calendar, will be removed and banned (see Wars of the End Part IV: End of False Religion (No. 141F)). The Millennium and the Judgment will be run entirely according to God’s Calendar (No. 156).

There will be many administrations but One God and one Viceroy and High Priest of the One Order of Melchisedek (No. 128) (F058). The world will be run by Messiah from Jerusalem for 1100 years and then the system will be handed over to God when He comes to the earth after the Judgment and the final translation of the humans to Elohim.

The 121^stJubilee is also the 50^th or Golden Jubilee from the Restoration under Ezra and Nehemiah (see Reading the Law with Ezra and Nehemiah (No. 250)). In this jubilee Messiah begins the restoration of the planet. The earth has been dealt massive damage in the Wars of the End and Israel is forced to appoint teams to clean up Israel after the chaos that ensued in the wars and from Armageddon. After the clean up, the salvage of the damaged equipment, and metals, are stored for use in manufacturing there. The entire world’s Military Industrial Complex will be returned to peaceful purposes for production of tractors and tillage and cleaning the oceans. Space technology is then developed. The construction process is then commenced to build the Temple and to restore the rivers and seas and replenishment of the fish stocks (see The Golden Jubilee (No. 300)). The entire world has to be refurbished. It will take almost the entire jubilee to start the rehabilitation and make it begin to be effective (see Wars of the End Part V: Restoration for the Millennium (No. 141G)) (see also No. 300). The major thrust of the Millennium is to prepare for the Second Resurrection and the Great White Throne Judgment (No. 143B). All the people who have ever lived of the Adamic Creation will be resurrected and placed all over the world in re-education camps. That will be over 30 billion people at least. Thus the earth will be made productive to enable the comfortable conduct over a 100 year period of the re-education and judgment under Christ.

High Priest of Melchisedek

Christ was prepared to undertake his role as High Priest and it is obvious that he knew what the role was from His conduct and prayers in the Gospel of John at Chapter 17 and the notes to the Chapter concerning the role and responsibilities. (F043v). (See also F058 for the details re the High Priest of Melchisedek (and also at No. 128 for its origins.)

The entire host of the First Resurrection that make up the 144,000 of the inner priesthood around Christ and the Great Multitude of the Nations allocated to the functions of the Spiritual beings (in Rev. Ch. 7 (F066ii)) are to replace the functions of the Demons. These were the elect Saints that were killed or persecuted over the Two Millennia, or from the patriarchs and prophets before them.

None of these beings were alive until they were resurrected at the return of the Messiah. No one has been to heaven save the son of man that came down from heaven (Jn. 3:13). The heaven and hell doctrine is Gnostic heresy.

The human priesthood will also conduct human affairs from Jerusalem and the Temple and the administrative complex there. So also will the nations have its priests in the Administration.

National Administration

These quotes show the ongoing use of the structure of administration for Israel

Deu_1:15 So I took the heads of your tribes, wise and experienced men, and set them as heads over you, commanders of thousands, commanders of hundreds, commanders of fifties, commanders of tens, and officers, throughout your tribes.

These officers also had military service. This will effectively be the “police force.”

Num 31:14 And Moses was angry with the officers of the army, the commanders of thousands and the commanders of hundreds, who had come from service in the war.

Num. 31:48 Then the officers who were over the thousands of the army, the captains of thousands and the captains of hundreds, came near to Moses,

Num. 31:52 And all the gold of the offering that they offered to the LORD, from the commanders of thousands and the commanders of hundreds, was sixteen thousand seven hundred and fifty shekels.

Num. 31:54 And Moses and Eleazar the priest received the gold from the commanders of thousands and of hundreds, and brought it into the tent of meeting, as a memorial for the people of Israel before the LORD.

So also they had access to Moses in their various roles. These responsibilities were to continue under the Kingship as Samuel explained to the people. We see from Hebrews that the functions were extended to the elect of the Churches of God under Christ and not confined to the Holy Land as Hebrews shows and to the tribes in the dispersion under the apostles (see Establishment of the Church under the Seventy (No. 122D)).

1Sa. 8:12 and he will appoint for himself commanders of thousands and commanders of fifties, and some to plow his ground and to reap his harvest, and to make his implements of war and the equipment of his chariots.

Saul misallocated the roles as they were to be by election and the king’s appointments within tribes and as we see he allocated many of them to his tribe of Benjamin rather than an equitable distribution and based on ability at the Battalion Group of the thousands and the Divisional levels.

1Sa. 22:7 And Saul said to his servants who stood about him, "Hear now, you Benjaminites; will the son of Jesse give every one of you fields and vineyards, will he make you all commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds,

2Sa. 18:1 Then David mustered the men who were with him, and set over them commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds.

In Civil War the loyalty of the thousands was understood to have remained with the king.

1Ch. 12:20 As he went to Ziklag these men of Manasseh deserted to him: Adnah, Jozabad, Jedia-el, Michael, Jozabad, Elihu, and Zillethai, chiefs of thousands in Manasseh.

So also the king consulted with them on important matters.

1Ch. 13:1 David consulted with the commanders of thousands and of hundreds, with every leader.

And he used them for important religious and ceremonial tasks.

1Ch. 15:25 So David and the elders of Israel, and the commanders of thousands, went to bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD from the house of Obed-edom with rejoicing.

1Ch. 26:26 This Shelomoth and his brethren were in charge of all the treasuries of the dedicated gifts which David the king, and the heads of the fathers' houses, and the officers of the thousands and the hundreds, and the commanders of the army, had dedicated.

1Ch. 27:1 This is the list of the people of Israel, the heads of fathers' houses, the commanders of thousands and hundreds, and their officers who served the king in all matters concerning the divisions that came and went, month after month throughout the year, each division numbering twenty-four thousand:

We see here that the divisions in ancient Israel were similar to the modern Army division.

1Ch. 28:1 David assembled at Jerusalem all the officials of Israel, the officials of the tribes, the officers of the divisions that served the king, the commanders of thousands, the commanders of hundreds, the stewards of all the property and cattle of the king and his sons, together with the palace officials, the mighty men, and all the seasoned warriors.

1Ch. 29:6 Then the heads of fathers' houses made their freewill offerings, as did also the leaders of the tribes, the commanders of thousands and of hundreds, and the officers over the king's work.

The commanders of Hundreds are equivalent to the Modern Company Commanders or a Roman Centurion. The commanders of fifties are equivalent to a Captain as a Company 21C (or decurion).

2Ch. 1:2 Solomon spoke to all Israel, to the commanders of thousands and of hundreds, to the judges, and to all the leaders in all Israel, the heads of fathers' houses.

2Ch. 17:14 This was the muster of them by fathers' houses: Of Judah, the commanders of thousands: Adnah the commander, with three hundred thousand mighty men of valor,

2Ch. 25:5 Then Amaziah assembled the men of Judah, and set them by fathers' houses under commanders of thousands and of hundreds for all Judah and Benjamin. He mustered those twenty years old and upward, and found that they were three hundred thousand picked men, fit for war, able to handle spear and shield.

The reality is that Messiah will place these people under administration but the war aspect will be removed from all nations for 1100 years. The next war after Messiah returns will not be until the end of the Millennium. The Demons are released from Tartaros and they mobilise the world for battle against the Messiah and the Saints at Jerusalem. They are then killed as prophesied and Resurrected and placed under Judgment (No. 080).

Church Administration

1Co. 12:5 And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. (KJV)

Service is used in the same sense as administrations.

From Strong’s, Administration = diakonia

From G1249; attendance (as a servant, etc.); figuratively (eleemosynary) aid, (official) service (especially of the Christian teacher, or technically of the diaconate): - (ad-) minister (-ing, -tration, -try), office, relief, service (-ing).

The Church is the people, therefore where there are few Christ says he will be there with them in the same way he would be with large congregations.

Mat 18:18-20 Truly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. ¹⁹ Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. ²⁰ For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I in the midst of them."

Whether small or large each group or region or nation needs to make administrative decisions. These decisions will differ according to the needs of each group; however all decisions must be within the Laws of God. A church can decide where to hold its Sabbath Services, where to attend the Feasts, how to deal with disputes between brethren or a person in sin such as in 1Cor. 5:1-5. Some of these decisions can have serious consequences for individuals. For example the Officials of any group need to decide whether a person should be accepted into the congregation or rejected, when a person is ready for baptism, etc. and, obviously, who to elect as officials.

The church today is comparatively small and is scattered across the nations. It will be vastly different when all people are part of Israel, but even then the nations and regions will have different administrations due to the different circumstances of that region or nation. All administration must fall within the parameters of the law of God which will not change.

Mat 5:18 For truly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the law until all is accomplished. (KJV) (cf. also Luke 16:17).

Isa 8:20 To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. (KJV)

Each nation is responsible to the administration at Jerusalem. If they disobey or act contrary to the Law of God (L1) the nation is punished by famine and the plagues of Egypt. Rewards are by the Harvests and those being reprimanded are made aware by the relative abundance and balance of trade.

The City of God

Christ is the Elohim of Israel and ruler of the world under the Only True God during the Millennium. He has specific instructions to a set plan. Christ has proven himself faithful unto death. We know that when Christ has completed his task and all mankind has been judged and translated and mankind has ceased to exist as a physical species God has become all in all and they have become Elohim and granted immortality with the other members of the Elohim Host. This phase of the creation is complete and God will then move from His site in the sides of the north and come to the earth which has been refurbished and cleared of all sin and is conducted according to God’s laws which are reflections of His Nature. The former human host has been re-educated as Elohim and are capable of embarking on the next phase of the creation in the Plan of God. The Fallen Host have also seen the wisdom of God’s Plan and have been re-educated and given new spirit coupled with the Holy Spirit and have rejoined the Angelic Host after the translations at the end of the Great White Throne Judgment.

God is now able to move to the earth in the Heavenly Jerusalem which is then the City of God (No. 180) under Christ and the apostles. It is placed over Eden and from which the entire universe is administered. Christ is then placed back under God as High Priest in charge of the elect and the entire Host as the administrative and priestly rulers of the Universe as foretold in prophecy from the beginning. Is it not written in our law: “I said ye are Gods, everyone of you” and Scripture cannot be broken (Jn. 10:34-36). We are all to be sons of God, as coheirs with Christ.
