Dear Friends

Today is the Fourth Sabbath of the Second Month of 49/120.  This is the 35th day of the Omer count. It is fifteen days to Pentecost. The text for study is the Leaven of Pentecost (No. 065).  Next week it will be the Fifth Sabbath of the Second Month, and we will study the paper Melchisdek (No. 128) which will point us towards the order in which we are to become priests. We are about to reach the system of the Third Month and the Feast of Pentecost the following week on the Second Sabbath of the Third Month. Time is moving fast and we will be away for the Feast of Weeks, out of our gates, in accordance with the Law of God, in accordance with Deut. 16:9-12.   We are told to prepare for this Feast of Pentecost, and we are not to keep any of the three feast seasons within our gates. We are to go to the place where God chooses to place His Name to keep the feasts.  The two feast seasons are a complete period from the beginning of the Sanctification period from the New Moon of the New Year of the First Month over the structure to the Lord's Supper, and then to the Wave Sheaf, on the Sunday following the Passover, when we begin the Omer Count to Pentecost,  49 and 50 days later, for the Feast of Weeks; which is a two day Feast.  The entire period is a period of Sanctification preparing us to get ready to receive the Holy Spirit after we have renewed our baptism at the Passover with the Foot washing, Bread and Wine at the Lord's Supper, and we are to keep the full eight days outside of our gates serving God over the full eight days of the feast as provided for in Deut. 16:1-8. There is no choice, and if you are not doing that, you have no place or position in the renewal of the Holy Spirit (No. 117) at Pentecost.  

In 1965-1967 the Church of God in the Sardis Era, or system in the US, namely the Radio, and then Worldwide Church of God, found it difficult to keep the Feast seasons due to the paganisation of the US civil administration with the placement of Civil Holidays on the pagan Days of Human Sacrifice. The people made a fuss about having to go outside of the gates on each of the three feasts. Herbert Armstrong decided to allow the Passover to be disregarded and granted permission for the RCG/WCG system to abandon the Passover Feast out of their gates, contrary to the provisions of Deut. Ch. 16, keeping only the Lord's Supper and the two Holy Days at services, but not out of their gates. They decided that they would only keep Tabernacles outside of their gates. Of the two Feasts, Tabernacles was of the lesser importance, but, being not properly baptised, Armstrong did not understand the critical importance of Passover. He granted permission to stop keeping the Passover outside of their gates for the eight days. None of the Sardis system understood the implications of what it was they were doing and set in train the judgment of the Church system and subsequently, the final Measuring of the Temple (No. 137), from 1987 to 2027 over the final forty years of this Age.  Over that period Sardis was measured and then declared dead and spewed from the Mouth of God by 1994 and the church of Rev. 3:7-13 and Jer. 4:15-27 was formed (see Nos. 028; 044). Laodicea had been spewed with the Declaration of the Trinity in 1978, in the SDAs, and the JWs had been spewed a century before them, in doing away with the Law of God. That was why they were killed in the Holocaust. 

Sardis and Laodicea were both declared dead or spewed from the Mouth of God for False Prophecy and heretical doctrines emanating from the UK and the US over some 150 years, up until that time (see False Prophecy No. 269). It was in these last two centuries of the Age that the Churches of God were to fall to pieces and when they had the least persecution and in times of plenty. (See also 122; 122D; 170;  266; 268; 277; F044vii; Q001D; Q019).  We are now about to go into the last four years of this Age. Satan's rule will end with the Last Jubilee year of 2027 that finishes completely on the Last Day of Adar on 25 March 2028. That will be during the Rule of Enoch and Elijah. That sequence of their Witness and Rule commences over the Jubilee and continues for the 42 months of the Beast System  (Rev. 11:1-2; 13:5) and the Messiah will arrive in the 43rd and 44th months into 2030 (see (143A and 143E; also Nos. 156; 156J; 300; 300B; 300C; 300D; 300E). God is about to deal with mankind (see No. 141D_2). He will simply allow Satan and the Fallen Host to deal with them in the wars ahead (Nos. 141C; 141C_4C; 141D_2B; 141D_2C; 141E; 141E_2). If anyone wishes to live into the millennial system under Messiah then they have to repent from now on through the 1260 days of the Witnesses and they must repent then, before Passover 2029 to be admitted to the First Resurrection (No. 143A and 143E above) or live into the Holy Seed under Messiah (Nos. 141E_3; 141E_3B).
