Sabbath and New Moon 1/8/43/120

Dear Friends,

Today is the New Moon of the Eighth Month.  This New Moon we have released the updates on the paper Creation and Healing (No. 001F) and also the Commentary on the Song of Songs (F022i, F022ii,F022iii, F022iv, F022v).

We hope that we all find the papers informative and that they develop our understanding of the Church of God over the years and our place in prophecy.

Remember also that we have released the Commentary on Daniel – Epilogue (F 027xiii).
 
It is sometimes a burden knowing the history of the world and going through the prophecies as they have unfolded.  God declares the end from the beginning and we of the elect are given to know much of what is ahead of us and how were are to fare. What we are able to face depends on our faith and our confidence in God and our faith that He will protect us.  Remember that all things work together for the good for those who love God and are called according to His purpose (Rom. 8:28).  As He needs us to perform and as He knows we will succeed we are Chosen and Predestined (No. 297) and then called.  Once we are called we are given to Christ and then Justified and then Glorified (Rom. 8:29-30). Remember a coward will not inherit the kingdom of God, nor will the immoral or gluttons, and thieves or drunkards and all those others with such weaknesses of character (1Cor. 6:9-10). 

It is especially important that we are of good courage and that we are able to face what is ahead of us and that we develop in the faith so that we are able to continue on as part of the body and we are able to face what is ahead of us in good spirits and encourage each other. We will not avoid all the problems ahead but we will face the First Resurrection and then we and the Loyal Host will be able to protect all of the families and the nations and tribes as they are given to us and are called. The Place of Safety (No. 194) is in the hand of God as part of the Body of Christ.  Cowardice will not help you and he who seeks to save his life will lose it (Mat. 16:25; Mk. 8:35; Lk. 9:24).

Think on the good things of the faith and support the brethren in the Love of God (cf. 1 Cor. Ch. 13). There is not long to go and soon the Witnesses (No. 135) will be here. Then the Elect will begin to deal with the world (Wars of the End Part II: 1260 Days of the Witnesses (No. 141D)).  It is by example that we promote the faith.  Judge no one lest ye be judged. Forgive others that you may be forgiven. Soon we will be Elohim (cf. The Elect as Elohim (No. 001))..

Remember that all false religion will be stamped out by the Jubilee and no one will enter the millennial system under Christ keeping any false religion. None will be allowed to live on into the Millennium (cf. Wars of the End Part IV: End of False Religion (No. 141F)).
