As we progress we see that God is consolidating churches with us now at an accelerating rate. This reorganisation is in accordance with prophecy and is designed to complete the next phase of the plan of God according to Scripture. That restructuring is occurring in the countries outside of North America now in huge numbers but it will soon begin in those nations on an increasing scale.

On a number of occasions we have been approached by whole area congregations asking us to allow them entry and to appoint new ministry for them as well under the constitution and doctrines of CCG.

We have dealt with the Measuring of the Temple in the paper Measuring the Temple (No. 137). That paper deals with the sequence of how God was to measure the Temple from the top down and extend the process to Ezekiel chapter 34 where the sheep are completely torn out of the hands of the shepherds and are judged as sheep on sheep and in how they treat one another in the process of their removal. It is important that paper is studied.

It is opportune to show now how that is accomplished and how God deals with us all in that process.

God has now commenced the final stages of the measurement of the Temple. He has judged the shepherds. They were given the period from 1987 to judge and scatter the administration and the shepherds were given two readings of the law in two Sabbath years from 1998 and 2005, and beginning with the New Moon of the Eighth Month of 2005 God commenced the cleansing of the administration and the judgment of the shepherds. They had been given an example of twelve years and the complete restoration of the doctrines of the First century church and they did not repent or cleanse their teachings. Thus they came under the final judgment of 1260 days. In the last week of Adar of the 31st year of the 120th Jubilee their time was up. By 1 Abib of 32/120 we had taken positions in Africa and South America and commenced the ordination of the Seventy-two to complete the Twelve and the Seventy-two and to commence the structure of the outer council of the 1000 sons of God noted in Job 33:23. The finalization of the 144,000 and the completion of the Great Multitude were commenced at this time.

God is now about to judge the sheep. He will tear them out of the hands of the shepherds and their false doctrines. He will liberate them with sound doctrine and then He will judge between fat sheep and lean sheep and deal with them in justice and mercy.

The National Coordinator of the CCG in the Central African Republic, when he wrote to us, said:
“[I]t seems to me you are the Church of God original as you are Sabbath-keepers, [keeping the] holy days, feast [and] also new moons…You are doing the work of God well.”

This factor of the original doctrines of the Bible and the First century Church of God is calling people in the thousands every day. Seven thousand were called in the Congo DR last week in three provinces and a number of churches in the Central African Republic and the Sudan. Yesterday the leaders of some 13 churches in Ituri Province in the Congo DR with some 4000 members asked if they could attend the inductions next week of the over forty churches being inducted at Bunia in Ituri, so that they could join CCG there.  Huge numbers of SDA and other Sabbatarian pastors and entire churches are being convicted by the original doctrines and joining CCG. They are breaking free of the Trinitarian and Binitarian heresies of the worship of the god Attis advanced by the West and the US systems especially. These people have no difficulty understanding the key to eternal life, which is knowing the one True God and Jesus Christ whom He sent (Jn. 17:3).

Similar things are happening in Kenya and Tanzania and elsewhere.
God is opening peoples’ minds to the truth in larger numbers and structures than the Churches of God have seen previously. CCG is now twice as large as WCG was at its height outside of North America. Soon the situation will occur also in North America. 

Let us examine Ezekiel 34:
Ezekiel 34
[1] The word of the LORD came to me: [2] "Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say to them, even to the shepherds, Thus says the Lord GOD: Ho, shepherds of Israel who have been feeding yourselves! Should not shepherds feed the sheep? [3] You eat the fat, you clothe yourselves with the wool, you slaughter the fatlings; but you do not feed the sheep. [4] The weak you have not strengthened, the sick you have not healed, the crippled you have not bound up, the strayed you have not brought back, the lost you have not sought, and with force and harshness you have ruled them. [5] So they were scattered, because there was no shepherd; and they became food for all the wild beasts. [6] My sheep were scattered, they wandered over all the mountains and on every high hill; my sheep were scattered over all the face of the earth, with none to search or seek for them. [7] "Therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of the LORD: [8] As I live, says the Lord GOD, because my sheep have become a prey, and my sheep have become food for all the wild beasts, since there was no shepherd; and because my shepherds have not searched for my sheep, but the shepherds have fed themselves, and have not fed my sheep; [9] therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of the LORD: [10] Thus says the Lord GOD, Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require my sheep at their hand, and put a stop to their feeding the sheep; no longer shall the shepherds feed themselves. I will rescue my sheep from their mouths, that they may not be food for them. [11] "For thus says the Lord GOD: Behold, I, I myself will search for my sheep, and will seek them out. [12] As a shepherd seeks out his flock when some of his sheep have been scattered abroad, so will I seek out my sheep; and I will rescue them from all places where they have been scattered on a day of clouds and thick darkness. [13] And I will bring them out from the peoples, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them into their own land; and I will feed them on the mountains of Israel, by the fountains, and in all the inhabited places of the country. [14] I will feed them with good pasture, and upon the mountain heights of Israel shall be their pasture; there they shall lie down in good grazing land, and on fat pasture they shall feed on the mountains of Israel. [15] I myself will be the shepherd of my sheep, and I will make them lie down, says the Lord GOD. [16] I will seek the lost, and I will bring back the strayed, and I will bind up the crippled, and I will strengthen the weak, and the fat and the strong I will watch over; I will feed them in justice. [17] "As for you, my flock, thus says the Lord GOD: Behold, I judge between sheep and sheep, rams and he-goats. [18] Is it not enough for you to feed on the good pasture, that you must tread down with your feet the rest of your pasture; and to drink of clear water, that you must foul the rest with your feet? [19] And must my sheep eat what you have trodden with your feet, and drink what you have fouled with your feet? [20] "Therefore, thus says the Lord GOD to them: Behold, I, I myself will judge between the fat sheep and the lean sheep. [21] Because you push with side and shoulder, and thrust at all the weak with your horns, till you have scattered them abroad, [22] I will save my flock, they shall no longer be a prey; and I will judge between sheep and sheep. [23] And I will set up over them one shepherd, my servant David, and he shall feed them: he shall feed them and be their shepherd. [24] And I, the LORD, will be their God, and my servant David shall be prince among them; I, the LORD, have spoken. [25] "I will make with them a covenant of peace and banish wild beasts from the land, so that they may dwell securely in the wilderness and sleep in the woods. [26] And I will make them and the places round about my hill a blessing; and I will send down the showers in their season; they shall be showers of blessing. [27] And the trees of the field shall yield their fruit, and the earth shall yield its increase, and they shall be secure in their land; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I break the bars of their yoke, and deliver them from the hand of those who enslaved them. [28] They shall no more be a prey to the nations, nor shall the beasts of the land devour them; they shall dwell securely, and none shall make them afraid. [29] And I will provide for them prosperous plantations so that they shall no more be consumed with hunger in the land, and no longer suffer the reproach of the nations. [30] And they shall know that I, the LORD their God, am with them, and that they, the house of Israel, are my people, says the Lord GOD. [31] And you are my sheep, the sheep of my pasture, and I am your God, says the Lord GOD."

It is a matter of Bible prophecy that the Spirit of God deals with us in periods of judgment and repentance. Forty is the standard period of repentance, whether of forty years or forty months or forty weeks. The church was in the wilderness for 40 jubilees from its creation in 27/8 CE with the baptism of Christ and his teachings and the selection of the twelve. The 40 jubilees ends in 2027/8 when all is accomplished and the system restored and ready to commence the Millennium on 1 Abib 2028.

The standard period of judgment is of 42 months, or of 1260 days, being a time, times and half a time. In the last days it is obvious that forty (40) years is the total period set for the measurement of the entire Temple system so it is a period less than the forty years, between 1987 and 2027. A forty-week period is far too short to organise and judge the sheep in the process of their treatment of each other. It should therefore be obvious as a period of judgment is involved we are looking at the period of 1260 days.

This period features significantly in prophecy, especially in the final period of the Witnesses who preach at Jerusalem (see the paper The Witnesses (including the Two Witnesses) (No. 135)). Were we to cover this period we must view the period as the last possible period of the judgment of the elect as sheep on sheep. It is a matter of logic that for each of the sheep to receive the minimum time for judgment, and equally and fairly, all sheep have to be out of the hands of the shepherds before the Witnesses arrive.

Christ was to say of the event:

Matthew 24:36-51
[36] But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only. [37] As were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of man. [38] For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, [39] and they did not know until the flood came and swept them all away, so will be the coming of the Son of man. [40] Then two men will be in the field; one is taken and one is left. [41] Two women will be grinding at the mill; one is taken and one is left. [42] Watch therefore, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming. [43] But know this, that if the householder had known in what part of the night the thief was coming, he would have watched and would not have let his house be broken into. [44] Therefore you also must be ready; for the Son of man is coming at an hour you do not expect. [45] "Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom his master has set over his household, to give them their food at the proper time? [46] Blessed is that servant whom his master when he comes will find so doing. [47] Truly, I say to you, he will set him over all his possessions. [48] But if that wicked servant says to himself, `My master is delayed,' [49] and begins to beat his fellow servants, and eats and drinks with the drunken, [50] the master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he does not know, [51] and will punish him, and put him with the hypocrites; there men will weep and gnash their teeth.

I was always amused at the explanations of these Scriptures by the paid ministry of the Churches of God. It was explained by them that it was not them being referred to but rather the mainstream churches that were the shepherds referred to in Ezekiel 34. That proposition is rather hard to sustain as the specifics of prophecy state quite clearly that the shepherds were involved with the Idol Shepherd who is blinded in his right eye and has his right arm cut off. The Churches of God saw this happen in the 20th century when the only person that could have qualified as the Idol Shepherd was blinded in the right eye and had his right arm, in the form of his eldest son, cut off or die in an accident.

The Idol Shepherd died in 1986 and in 1987 the Temple of God began to be measured from the leadership downwards. They announced that fact. The Temple of God, which are the saints, were given 40 years from 1987 to 2027 to be judged and reorganised and occupy the world for the Millennial system to commence in 2028.  

Within that period we have to complete the structure of prophecy over many sequences of the Last Days (see also the paper The Day of the Lord and the Last Days (No. 192)).

The leadership was judged against Scripture and the leader who gave the sermon doing away with the law of God was given 40 weeks to repent and be judged and he was killed in 40 weeks to the hour (time difference adjusted) from the time he gave that sermon. The shepherds were divided and given their chance for repentance. The Law was read on two Sabbath years and the Calendar properly restored and all doctrines were restored to the First century model. They were given 1260 days to repent and refused to repent. God is now raising a force in the Last Days to deal with the world. The sheep are now to be torn from the shepherds and judged sheep on sheep. 

It follows as a matter of logic that their latest period of judgment must at the very latest coincide with the coming of the Witnesses and their period of 1260 days or begin earlier. It follows therefore that all sheep must be either scattered completely or be resettled in another organisation preaching sound doctrine in accordance with the truth of the First century faith. As the Church of God can never be destroyed and must be alive when Christ returns then the true elect must be operating within that church at the return of the Messiah. It is they who are the true Philadelphian Church. Brotherly love and care of the brethren is the hallmark of that church (see the paper The Pillars of Philadelphia (No. 283)). It is the doctrines and the question of brotherly love that are the reasons why CCG is growing so fast.

It therefore follows from the above arguments that the sheep must be torn from the hands of the shepherds well before the time of the Witnesses and the last of the false structure of the Church of God is removed and reorganized by the arrival of the Witnesses. What is left of them will have already been rejected for the First Resurrection either as Sardis or Laodicean.

It must follow that the Churches of God run by the shepherds trained under the Idol Shepherd must be destroyed as functioning entities of the Churches of God before the arrival of the Witnesses. The suggestion that the prophecy refers to the mainstream religious cults is rather absurd as they do not preach the return of the Messiah and they do not make false prophecy concerning the return of the Messiah. They all teach Gnostic doctrines concerning heaven and hell, or teach nothing much at all.

Those false prophecies made by the Churches of God during the era of the Idol Shepherd failed and, on failing, caused them to claim that “My Lord had delayed his coming” and then they turned and mistreated the sheep who are the elect of God. These ministers can only be the shepherds of Ezekiel 34 in charge of the Churches of God.

The mainstream pseudo Christian Churches of the Sun cults that worship the god Attis and keep the festivals of the Sun cults are covered in other prophecies which concern the whore of Mystery Babylon and the other harlot daughters of the whore who are destroyed with her in accordance with Revelation chapters 17 and 18. 

Revelation chapter 19 deals with the restoration of the elect under the Messiah and Revelation chapter 20 deals with the Resurrections and the millennial system. The final chapters of Revelation deal with the end sequence and the coming of the City of God. These papers will be dealt with at the feast this year (see the papers The Resurrection of the Dead (No. 143), The Golden Jubilee and the Millennium (No. 300) and also the City of God (No. 180)).

The prophecy of the restoration in Ezekiel 34 is also covered in Isaiah 66:18ff, which is the Second Great Exodus of mankind. Once that is achieved every person on the planet will keep the temple calendar and the Sabbaths and New Moons (Isa. 66:23) and also they will keep the feasts of God and send their representatives to Jerusalem each year or they will die of famine and the plagues of Egypt (Zech. 14:16-19).

From 1 Abib this year we saw this prophecy begin to be fulfilled. The sheep are reorganized as foretold and within the system of Gideon and the other prophecies. The sheep will continue to be torn out of the hands of the shepherds on an ongoing basis until the arrival of the Witnesses. Those who are saved are those who repent and reorganise with the sheep as we see happening at all levels of many churches. No Sabbath-keeping church will be spared. The false doctrines and false teachers will be removed. The sheep will be judged on how they treat one another and how they implement the concepts of the church of the Philadelphians.

If the sheep do not display the concepts of brotherly love and sacrifice for one another in the purity of the faith they will be sent to the Second Resurrection.

In 2005 I warned an entire group of people that many would not be there for the feast the next year and many ignored me and many were lost. The reorganisation occurring now, and about to occur in the US and developed nations of the British Commonwealth, will make everything before it as child’s play and the shepherds will weep.
