The Doctrines of Demons of the Last Days

People do not really understand the intent and development of the doctrines of the demons. We understand by conviction through the spirit, but in 1Timothy 4:1 the Holy Spirit spoke in words (‘retoos SGD 4490) to Paul.

1Timothy 4:1-5 says that some depart from the faith because of the activities of liars whose minds have been branded by hypocrisy of false testimony. They give heed to these deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons, who forbid marriage as a doctrine and promote abstinence from eating the meat which God has provided for the sustenance of mankind to be received with thanksgiving.

Those who know the truth in the last days must expose these two doctrines for what they are, doctrines of demons, designed to bring about the destruction of society. They are not idle, and strike at the intent of God in the plan of salvation and the adequacy of Christ’s sacrifice.

The first doctrine of the demons is the teaching that one should abstain from marriage. This cuts right into the bulwark of civilisation - the family unit, which reflects our relationship with Christ, and the worship of God the Father and is the example of His system. Living together without the sanction of marriage is prevalent today and leads to the perversions of Sodom and Gomorrah.

Read Romans 1:1-32 to understand the deterioration in human behaviour.

The process begins with the rejection of God and His gospel, and the idolatry which follows. Once God the Almighty is removed from the scene, the worship of the creation itself is accepted.

Romans 1:1-7 establishes the Godhead with God the Father as Supreme and the only true God, and His son Jesus Christ (John 17:3). This knowledge is essential to receiving eternal life. Christ became a man, lived a sinless life, died and was resurrected and then designated Son of God in power. Any other doctrine regarding Christ is the doctrine of anti-Christ. Faith in the word of God and obedience to His Laws leads to God.

Romans chapter one shows the process of idolatry leading to unnatural lusts. The fact that celibacy for priests becomes a doctrine prohibiting marriage is a doctrine of demons.

Celibacy of itself, and by choice, is not what is addressed in 1Timothy 4:3. Paul covers this aspect in 1Corinthians 7.

Today’s ever increasing practice of living together, and having multiple relationships, leads to utter chaos in genealogy, inheritance, order, stability and creates lack of loyalty and trust in anyone, and says to God that His system is wrong.

The demonic injunction seen in 1Timothy 4:3 is not entirely successful, as at Christ’s return people are still marrying and giving in marriage (Mat. 24: 38-39), but the insult is against the spiritual relationship between Christ and His Church and the marriage that occurs on His return.

In 1Timothy 4:3 the other demonic command is to abstain from eating meat. This is a direct imputation against the wisdom of God who created meats for the benefit of humankind. The clean meats are identified in Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 14.

The name of this demonic command is Vegetarianism. See paper Vegetarianism and the Bible (No. 183).

That process is deficient in essential nutrients for the development of the proper activity of the brain. By eating unclean meats, or not eating meat at all, society is being destroyed.

God set up from Adam the sacrificial system, using clean animals. All the sacrifices of God’s law pointed to the ultimate, once ever, sacrifice of His Son Jesus Christ for humanity. Vegetarianism calls into question the veracity and wisdom of the process of salvation in the entire system of Temple sacrifice and expiation set up by God.

A reading of both Acts 10 and 11 shows the intent of Peter’s vision - that the Gentiles were to be called into God’s church - and negates the held opinion that the food laws of the Bible have been done away. Anyone teaching this is under notice from God that His wrath is on those withholding the truth in unrighteousness (Rom. 1:18).

Romans 14:3 is upheld as a basis for the practice of vegetarianism.

The point Paul makes is that this man’s faith was weak, and that he would eat meat, but was concerned about the meat proffered, as to whether or not it had been offered to idols. Thus, vegetarianism is seen as weakness of one’s faith regarding the selection of meats, in a pagan system.

But it is a doctrine of demons when it is preached as abstinence for purity, or biblical or health reasons. To assert that God would institute an unhealthy system is an imputation against His name.

Vegetarianism calls into question the activities and the wisdom of Messiah and God’s plan for the salvation of mankind, and will not be tolerated in the Churches of God. These accusations of God and Messiah are anti-Christian.

The prophecies are clear that - Christ will establish the pastoral system, and meat will be eaten in the Millennium. Christ will restore the sacrifices.
