A. Eloah is the One True God and He has always existed (Jn.17:3; 1Jn.5:20). He was alone and eternal. Eloah is His name in Hebrew. Elaha is His name in Chaldean. The meaning is singular or one. He knows everything and He is able to do everything.

Q2. Is there anything God cannot do? If so, what is it?

A. God cannot die. He alone is an immortal being (1Tim. 6:16).

Q3. What does it mean in Exodus 3:14 when God said to Moses: “I am who I am”?

A. God is creating Himself through extension. God is saying here: “I will be what I will become” (from notes in The Companion Bible). He is always working. The creation exists because of Him. He is the centre of all things to come.

Q4. Who is the Rock and refuge or place of protection for Israel?

A. Eloah, God, is the Rock of Israel; the Rock of their salvation (Deut. 32:15, Ps. 46).

Q5. Will Eloah always provide for us if we obey Him?

A. Yes, no matter how bad things get we can take comfort in knowing that when God puts His hand on us we will eat and we will drink -- our bread and water is sure (Isa. 33:16).

Q6. Does Eloah have an army in Heaven?

A. Yes, God has an army in Heaven (Dan. 4:35).

Q7. Who tried to take over Eloah’s Throne and Council?

A. Satan, as Morning Star, challenged God Most High or God the Father (Isa. 14:12). He tried to ascend or exalt his throne, a throne of God, above the Stars of God or the Council of Elohim.

Q8. How many angels did Satan deceive and enlist in his army to rebel against Eloah? What happened to those that rebelled?

A. Satan drew out a third part of the angels or Stars of Heaven (Rev. 12:4). These angels were cast out with Satan to the Earth (Rev. 12:9).

Q9. Have the angels fought or helped Israel or God’s servants?

A. Yes, numerous times the angels fought for Israel (Jdg. 5:20; 2Chr. 32:21; Dan. 10:13-14,20-21 -- just to name a few).

Q10. Will people ever fight against Messiah, Eloah and His Law?

A. Yes, in the near future the nations will wage war against Jerusalem and will be destroyed (Zech. 14:12). Everyone that survives of the nations will go up every year to worship the Lord of Hosts and keep the Feast of Booths or Tabernacles (Zech. 14:16). The Sabbath, New Moons and Holy Days will be mandatory, and the Law will issue from Jerusalem. Those nations that do not send their representatives to Jerusalem for the Feast of Tabernacles will receive no rain in due season (Zech. 14:16-19).

Q11. After Satan is bound for 1000 years, will he ever try to take over the Government of Eloah again? If so, when? What happens to Satan and the fallen Host at that time?

A. At the end of the Millennium, Satan will be released again to deceive the nations over all the Earth (Rev. 20:7-8). They will again be gathered for battle, but will be destroyed by fire (Rev. 20:9); and then Satan as a spiritual being will be destroyed.

Q12. Who is the captain of the army of God?

A. From Joshua we learn that Christ was the captain of the armies of God (Josh. 5:14-15).

Q13. Is our battle against physical things? How do we “win” the battle?

A. 2Corinthians 10:4-7 tells us our war is not against the physical things. We win the battles by the power of God (Zech. 4:6).

Q14. From Ephesians 6:10ff., what do we need to be on guard against?

A. * stand against the wiles of the devil;

* wrestle against principalities,

* against powers,

* against the rulers of the darkness of this world,

Q17. What happens if we obey God and keep His Law?

A. He directs our thoughts (Pro. 16:3).

Q18. Which of the 5 centralities of God and His Law are also elements of the Armour of God?

A. Righteousness and Truth.

Q19. Are we to take on the nature of God?

A. Yes, we are to be like God and His Law by taking on the divine nature (2Pet. 2:4).

Q20. Does Eloah or the Gospel change?

A. No. We know that God and His Law never change. We also know that Christ is the same yesterday and today and, yes, forever (Heb. 13:8). Not the smallest letter of the Law will change or pass away until all is accomplished (Mat. 5:18).

Q21. Should all Eloah’s people be able to explain why they believe what they do and why?

A. Yes, all the saints in the army of God need to be able to give an answer of the hope that lies within them (1Pet. 3:15).

Q22. What is faith?

A. Faith is essential and totally necessary for eternal life. It is one of the three elements of the fundamentals of eternal life (Jn. 6). It is from the second point that we must have faith in Jesus Christ through the knowledge of the One True God. Hebrews 12:2 tells us Jesus is the author and perfecter of our faith. Faith is a gift of the Holy Spirit (1Cor. 12:9). Romans 1:17 tells us that the just shall live by faith.

Q23. What does incense represent spiritually? Who is responsible for monitoring the prayers of the saints?

A. Our prayers represent incense (Ps. 141:2). They should be beaten fine (Ex. 30:36; Lev. 16:12) and go up continually to God’s Throne where they are monitored by the 24 Elders (Rev. 5:8). Now we are to offer spiritual sacrifices (i.e. prayers) continually.

Q24. How many times a day did Daniel pray?

A. Daniel prayed three times a day (Dan. 6:10).

Q25. Who is our elder brother and High Priest?

A. Our elder brother is Messiah, (Heb. 3:17); he also is our High Priest (Heb. 3:1; 4:14; 5:10; 7:17).

Activities

· Maze of the Armour of God

o Warm up activity is to set up an indoor obstacle course where children can army crawl over/under through safe objects such as mats, sofa cushions etc. The obstacle course can include throwing, catching etc. and can tie to activities with a sword or shield. The maze also may include finding the beanbags that you have pinned the cards with the armour of Eloah on to.

o Individual Hand held maze

§ Supplies: one printed sheet Maze for the armour of God or each child can draw their own maze; card stock or cardboard to glue or transfer maze to; inches magnetic tape, pipe cleaners, glue, scissors and or pliers to cut pipe cleaners, wiggle eyes and pompoms if you wish.

§ Directions: have each child fashion a person out of pipe cleaners that is about 2 inches tall. Glue the person onto the 2-inch strip of magnetic tape; allow to dry. Glue the 2-inch piece of magnetic tape on the end of ¼-inch dowel that is about 1½ inches long (a plastic top from a discarded bottle can also be used to attach the magnetic tape onto if a larger base of support is needed. Allow to dry. Have the children colour the maze to the armour of Eloah or draw their own version.

§ Using the maze: hold the maze with the non-dominant hand, place the person on the maze. Hold the dowel with a tripod grasp. Place the magnet against the cardboard and move the person through the maze.

· Outdoors armour of Eloah maze to attain your armour:

o Supplies: cue cards for each person for where their pieces of armour are located. Each piece of armour is represented by one of the cards for the armour of God. When the child collects all his pieces of armour he/she returns to the start and sees the “treasure-chest keeper”. If the child can explain each card he/she is able to draw a “prize” for explaining the armour of Eloah.

· Concentration Game:

o Supplies: attachment with concentration cards to be printed on card stock that is not able to be seen through, get cards apart.

o To play: all cards are placed face down, children are able to pick up two cards, if it is a match they may pick up another 2 cards. 2 match limit before it is someone else’s turn. When picking up the cards encourage the children to identify what the match will be.

· Work Sheets:

o Label the armour of Eloah colouring and identification sheet.

· Cookie soldiers:

o Supplies: cookie dough, people shaped cookie cutters, frosting, candy for decoration.

o Have the ingredients and recipe for the cookies ready if the children are baking or have the cookies pre-made to simplify the process. Frosting can be placed in a zip lock bag with an end cut to allow the children to pipe lines, dots etc. with frosting.

o Allow the children to decorate their cookies and explain the armour that they put on them.

Clothes’ pin/peg dolls to dress in the amour of God:

Supplies needed: traditional clothes’ pins/pegs (not the ones that are spring loaded), markers, scarps of felt, paper etc., glue.
Activity: children are allowed to create their own soldier in the armour of Eloah.

Puzzles with the amour of God:

Supplies needed: blank puzzles (or purchase simple cardboard primary puzzles and spray the puzzle with kilz). Once the puzzle is dry draw the correct pictures on the puzzle and colour with markers or coloured pencils.
Activity variations:

Children receive their puzzle.
Puzzle can be colour coded; single puzzle pieces are placed in the correct colour envelope. The envelopes then are hidden and children are allowed to “hunt for their envelopes”. Once they have all the pieces the puzzle is assembled.
In this version, two puzzles are used. The children are divided into two teams. The children use a relay fashion and from the starting line they run one at a time to pick up one piece of the puzzle and return to their home base. Once the all the puzzle pieces are retrieved the team assembles their puzzle.

Clay person:

Supplies needed: clay in various colours. Allow the children to fashion their person and then fashion the various pieces or armour on their person.
Activity: children are allowed to create their own soldier in the armour of Eloah.

3-D box of warriors of God:

Supplies needed: a show box per child, cardboard, construction paper, scissors, markers, glue etc.
Activity: children are allowed to create their own soldier in the armour of Eloah. They can be a single scene of one soldier or a battle scene.
