Sabbath 28/06/47/120B

Dear Friends

Herewith is a report from the National Coordinator Uganda, Bizimana Bosco, re the preparations for the Feast, and also the number of baptisms taking place there for the Feast. In addition, we have inductions and baptisms in Malawi, Zambia, Sudan, South Sudan, Eritrea and Ethiopia and in Kenya, Tanzania and elsewhere.  There are nineteen churches being inducted in Eritrea and Ethiopia and the Sudan.  We need funds for the Congo refugees and also South Sudan and for Feast Assistance.

It is important, as you see, that everyone tithes, and those that can, provide assistance to other nations. Many cannot even afford a Bible.

Hello Wade

Below detailed are CCG church details.

On 7th August 2024 alone 28 CCG Congolese families fled to Uganda from Binza, Nyamulima,Ishasha-,Rushuro -North kivu province
They were in need of $3304 USD CCG Uganda conference funded them to help them to get food and clothes even before of this date we had hundreds of CCG Congolese refugees who arrived in Uganda and assisted by CCG Uganda conference what we can even after more people are arriving walking hundreds of kms in DRCONGO

CCG Uganda conference noted that more 480 CCG Congolese members Refugees fled to Uganda and CCG Uganda national Treasure supplied to them 2000 kg maize flour,1000 kg cassava flour and 500 kg beans and  I noted that each family need at least $23 USD to help them during feasts of tabernacles.

$23 USD per family ×480 families CCG members Congolese refugees= $11,040 USD

I noted that CCG DRCONGO conference will fund $1800 USD cash and clothes of children with their mother's which has value of $1470 USD as detailed by CCG Uganda conference national treasure.

The total of funding which will be provided to CCG Congolese refugees in Rwamwanja camp and Kyagwali camp by CCG DRCONGO conference are $3270 USD I noted that funding are raised through CCG DRCONGO conference by their relatives and members who remained there Mudimba said that he is sending them both clothes and funds.

But these CCG Congolese refugees families are still in need of $7770 USD to maintain purchase clothes, food, soap and other domestic home use tools including some tents.

Already CCG Uganda conference since they have arrived in Uganda we maintained to feed them and get some basic needs what we can caused CCG Uganda to be in need of funds for preparation of feasts of tabernacles as planned below.

Baptism in Congolese refugees camps

Rwamwanja camp 92 people will be baptized (CCG Congolese refugees)

Kyagwali camp 70 people will be baptized (CCG Congolese refugees)

Kiryandongo camp 36 people will be baptized (CCG South Sudan refugees)

CCG Uganda conference local members baptism planed before feasts of tabernacles are below.

CCG Butareja will baptize 10 people

CCG Ssembabule will baptize 120 people

CCG kisoro will baptize 42 people

Bible studies including bibles were provided to these people who will be baptized funded by CCG Uganda conference members contributions but we still need 80 Bibles we hope God will open doors to get required bibles.

The challenge CCG Uganda conference still have only is to fund $7770 USD to help Congolese refugees.

Also we need 80 bibles required to help new people who will be baptized as each cost $8 USD ×80 =$640 USD

CCG Uganda conference National treasure did a lot of to maintain feast of tabernacles preparations 2024 CCG world conference can see if they can assist on helping Congolese refugees to help them to enjoy feasts of tabernacles well.

Yours faithfully Bizimana Bosco

So if you can help please do so. Remember also we are baptising 270 people here in Uganda alone before the Feast of Tabernacles. There are thousands there in Africa to be baptised over the next month or so.  A number of them are COG (SD) and other Churches of God, also other SDA groups as well as Trinitarian groups being inducted and baptised.
