Sabbath 6/11/44120
Dear Friends,
This Sabbath it is appropriate that we look at the history of the Churches of God and see why two of the last three Churches of God are declared dead and lukewarm and spewed out of the mouth of God. There must be a clear and very good reason for the rejection and dismissal of these two churches and we had better identify them and repent of their sins and go out of them.
We are in the most serious crisis of the Churches of God and the greatest genocide ever seen in the history of humanity. Yet the Churches of God are like dumb dogs over these last days. They say and do nothing and have no answers or indeed warnings.
In order to identify who they are and why God has rejected them it is important to study the paper Role of the Fourth Commandment in the Historical Sabbath-keeping Churches of God (No. 170). Other study papers that will assist the understanding of the Sabbath-keeping Churches can be seen in the 122 series papers General Distribution of the Sabbath-keeping Churches (No. 122); Fate of the Twelve Apostles (No. `122B); Death of the Prophets and Saints (No. 122C); Establishment of the Church under the Seventy (No. 122D); and also Surah 18 The Cave (Q018); Surah 19 Maryam (Q019).
We must to be able to identify the marks and demarcation of the Sardis and the Laodicaean systems, and the marks of the Philadelphian system that is formed from those who go out from the Sardis and Laodicaean systems and who form the Philadelphian system. That identification is critical to obtaining a place in the First Resurrection (No. 143A). The texts in Revelation chapters 2 and 3 have specific names and characteristics by which we are able to identify the churches involved. It is not a game because your eternal life depends on you getting it correct and qualifying for the First Resurrection. The penalty for getting it wrong is massive. Those who fail will perhaps not even be allowed to go into the millennial system and may die in the tribulation as a result. One thing that is certain from Scripture is that no one is being raptured and going to heaven (cf. The Millennium and the Rapture (No. 095).
We are now in the War of the Fifth Trumpet and we will shortly see the War of the Sixth Trumpet where another third of the world will die as prophesied by God (cf. Commentary on Revelation (F066i, ii. iii, iv, v) and Wars of the End Part I: Wars of Amalek (No. 141C); Conduct of the War of the Sixth Trumpet (No. 141C_2) and WWIII, Holocaust, and Nuremburg 2.0 (No. 141C_3)). What is clear is that over half the world will be dead before the Messiah gets here with the Host and Scripture cannot be broken (Jn 10:34-36). Those that are left will try to destroy him and the Host and the other humans that are loyal to God. Between now and the Passover we will examine these papers so that we understand what is required of us.
The characteristic of the Philadelphian system is derived from the name which is the church of brotherly love. We are to love one another and show thereby that we love God (1Jn. 4:20). Do not seek to elevate yourselves by defaming another. For it is because of that characteristic and other aspects that Sardis and Laodicea were rejected and many of their ministry are dying before their time.
