Dear Friends,

The Sermon this week will be Commentary on Philippians (F050).  We are issuing Commentary on Colossians (F051) for the following Sabbath.  I would like everyone to study Heresy in the Apostolic Church (No. 089) for this Sabbath so that we may understand what was happening in Galatia and at Colossae and Ephesus.   It is important that we understand, as the similar heresies being peddled by many of the Antinomian and quasi-Gnostic elements are still widespread and are destroying the people desperately seeking to obey God in the Christian Faith under Christ; yet they are led astray by false teachers telling them that the OT does not apply and that the Laws of God are done away so that they can keep the calendar of the Sunworshippers keeping Sunday, Christmas and Easter. The Bible must be read together and not disjointedly.  It does not contradict itself and is of no private interpretation. The church teaches the truth and it can only be discerned by the elect chosen of God and acting together in the Holy Spirit. Even then it is revealed in stages and as God determines. God does nothing save He reveals His will through His servants the prophets (Amos 3:7).

If you have not been baptised as a repentant adult by a validly baptised and appointed officer then you do not have the Holy Spirit (No. 117) within you and it is not possible for you to fully understand and obey the truth. If you go to church on Sundays and not the Seventh Day Sabbath, called Saturday in the English, then you are in the wrong church and will not enter the First Resurrection, nor the millennial Kingdom of God.  If your calendar does not start with the New Moon of Abib and does not determine the Months from the conjunctions of the New Moon as was practised in the Temple system and by Christ and the Apostles in the Churches of God then you will not be in the First Resurrection and will not enter the millennial system (Isa. 66:23-24; Zech. 14:16-19). No Jew or anyone else keeping the Hillel Calendar will enter the First Resurrection (No. 143A) or the millennial system (cf. Hillel, Babylonian Intercalations and the Temple Calendar (No. 195C)).

Encourage one another and learn the faith together, not abstaining from meeting together in the faith on Sabbath, New Moons and the Feasts. God has chosen us to form this church in the last days so that we are the Predestined (No. 296) by God before the foundation of the world to be Chosen, Called, Justified and then Glorified (Rom. 8:28-30).

Do not be dismayed as the events unfold before us and we are betrayed by our leaders and politicians in government and the administration. Hold fast to the faith. Encourage one another in the Love of God and show thereby that we love God who called us. Remember that there are 1335 days from the beginning to the end of the tribulation as given through the prophet Daniel in Chapter 12:12 (cf. also Commentary on Daniel (F027xii) and (F027xiii).
