1/2/43/120

Dear Friends,

This is the New Moon of the Second Month of the 43rd year of the 120th Jubilee.  This is the twelfth day of the Omer Count and it is appropriate that we study the Omer Count from the Resurrection of Christ for the period up to the passage of the Holy Spirit (No. 117) to mankind at Pentecost from the Sunday which was the Wave Sheaf Offering (No. 106B). It is important that we understand what it was that Christ was doing over the time of his Death and Resurrection so that we understand what was happening over the sequence and then afterwards for the last phase of his period on earth.  These aspects are covered in the paper Timing of the Crucifixion and the Resurrection (No. 159) and then the period, after his return from the Throne of God having been accepted as the Wave Sheaf, which covered some 40 days (cf. Forty Days Following Christ’s Resurrection (No. 159A)).

The Crucifixion is a misnomer as Christ was not killed on a cross but on a stauros or stake as devised by the Phoenicians. The crossbar had not been added, by the Romans, at the time of the death of Christ in 30 CE. (cf. The Cross: Its Origin and Significance (No. 039)).  If he was not killed on a stauros he would not have died at 3pm on that day and thus not fulfilled the Sign of Jonah which was the only sign given to the Church of God (cf. Sign of Jonah and the History of the Reconstruction of the Temple (No. 013)). The Romans added the crossbar making the cross much later for the express purpose of delaying death to prolong the agony of the ritual.

The cross was only important to mimic the rituals of the god Attis in Rome where the effigy of his body was carted around the city on a sun cross. By the Fourth Century the priests of Attis were complaining that the Christians had stolen all their doctrines. As Justin Martyr said ca. 154 CE.;  “When you come across people who say they are Christians and that when they die they go to heaven do not believe them they are not (Christians)” (Dial. LXXX).

These pagan festivals are explained in the paper The Origins of Christmas and Easter (No. 235).

There are very few people in the world now that are true Christians and keep the Doctrines of the Faith and Testimony of Jesus and the Laws of God (L1) (Rev. 12:17; 14:12).

If one wishes to be in the First Resurrection (No. 143A) then it will take some work and study to make the grade.

Most now do not even understand the concepts of the Resurrection and that of life after death. Most truly have been duped by the priests of Baal in their black cassocks with their doctrines of heaven and hell.

Do not be deceived.  They will not inherit the Kingdom of God and nor will the pseudo Jews and pseudo Muslims who keep false calendars also and will not inherit the Kingdom of God.
