Trumpets 1/7/40/120

Dear Friends,

Today is the New Moon of the Seventh Month.  This Holy Day and New Moon represents the coming of the King Messiah in the Plan of God. This Day is meant to signify the Messiah coming back to save those who eagerly await him. Up until this time there has been the last work of the last phase of the Churches of God and that last church is termed the Church of the Philadelphians and it is described in Revelation chapter 3. The tasks of this last church are to deal with the false religious systems of the world (cf. the paper Pillars of Philadelphia (No. 283)).  The corruptions in the faith were introduced by Judaism with the Nature of God and the Hillel Calendar (see the papers God’s Calendar (No. 156); The Calendar and the Moon: Postponements or Festivals (No. 195),  Distortion of God’s Calendar in Judah (No. 195B) and Hillel, Babylonian Intercalations and the Temple Calendar (No. 195C)).

Recently I was discussing the season according to the Temple Calendar and I needed to explain the Babylonian Intercalations and their effect on the seasons under the Temple calendar. The person was a professional and had never heard of the difference between the Intercalations and their effect on Hillel and the Postponements system and the result.  The person was amazed that he had never heard of the matter and that such an important matter was allowed to happen without discussion in the Churches of God. He did not realise that such a thing had been done in the last days from the time of Armstrong. It is well published and can be seen in the Encyclopaedia Judaica among others. We are faced with the re-education of Judah and the Churches of God.  It is for this reason that Revelation 3:9 states: Behold I will make those of the synagogue of Satan who say they are Jews and are not, but lie- behold, I will come and make them bow down before your feet and know that I have loved you. They will be made to acknowledge the truth.  However, so also will those of the Churches of God that have adopted Hillel be made to do the same.  The ministers will not get off so lightly for preaching false doctrine. These same ministers teach a Ditheist  (No. 076B) structure based on two co-eternal co-equal gods  and they teach a calendar which ensures that they rarely ever keep a Holy Day on the correct days except by accident and at least six years in a cycle they do not even keep the feasts in the correct months. Most will face the Second Resurrection with the perpetrators of the heresy. The inexcusable matter is that they know that they do such things and they rarely if ever admit it publicly. Some even lie and say that Christ and the Apostles kept the Hillel Calendar in the temple period. Christ died in 30 CE and the Hillel Calendar was not produced until 358 CE.  The Churches of God never kept it until Armstrong introduced the heresy in the middle of the Twentieth century.

So also will we be forced to deal with pseudo Islam who teach the heresy that the intercalations were not to be kept at all and they cut the Calendar adrift to rotate wildly through the year and abolished the Feasts and Laws of God saying that the Scriptures had been lost (see the paper Hebrew and Islamic Calendar Reconciled (No. 053)).

Most people of the Churches of God in the Last Days do not really care what is true. To most they are a social club and they go where their friends are for social purposes. They will get their wish as the social groups and the ministers who teach false religion will end up in the Second Resurrection where they so rightly deserve to be. The problem is you can’t claw back the time from there. We may well have to establish cities of refuge just for the protection of these teachers of false religion from the popes and archbishops and patriarchs to the imams and sheiks and the ministry of the Sardis and Laodicean systems as many will be enraged at what these scoundrels have done to them just so they could keep a paying fund base and do not have to productively work for a living.

The reality is that Satan has produced a web of false religion and promoted conflict and war such that we are about to destroy the planet based entirely on false doctrine, even in the Churches of God.

We must all look to the doctrines surrounding the Day of Trumpets and its meaning.
Prior to the Return of the Messiah we see that God sends forward in time the Two Witnesses Enoch and Elijah. They deal with the earth and warn the people and restore the nexus of the law. The destruction under the Seven Trumpets occurs, see The Seven Trumpets (No. 141)).  The people refuse to repent under the last witness of the Churches of God (Jer. 4:15-16) and the Trumpets are sounded and the wars of the Fifth and the Sixth Trumpet occur.  The Witnesses take up their positions on the Temple Mount. They preach for 1260 days and are killed and their dead bodies lie in the streets for 3.5 days and on the Morning of the Fourth Day they are resurrected by the return of the Messiah.

The Day of Trumpets has two aspects to it.  The First is the Return of the Messiah and the Marriage Supper of the Lamb both in Trumpets (No. 136). The Second is the First Resurrection of the Dead (No. 143A), which actually precedes the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. The different aspects of the Advent of the Messiah Part I and Part II and the Wars of the Last Days and the Vials of the Wrath of God (No. 141B) are in the papers of those names.

The world’s population, even after all of this, still refuse to repent and even mobilise to march against Messiah at Jerusalem. They hand all power to the Beast which is effectively the world government under the UN and they march against Messiah at the plains at Megiddo following on from the great earthquake at the Mount of Olives and the formation of the 66km plain surrounding Jerusalem. This Beast will hold power for one prophetic hour and its entire forces will be destroyed in a month.  Then the elect will move with Messiah into the countries of the world and subjugate them. The distribution of the lands will occur over the Sabbaths and the Jubilee and will be prepared for the Millennial system at 1 Abib for the harvest of the Passover and subsequently for the Golden Jubilee (No. 300).

Our job is to prepare for these events and be ready for the Witnesses and the Messiah so that we do not fail.

We will all rule the world from Jerusalem for 1000 years under Messiah. Then Satan will be released again for the last few years to mobilise a self righteous world again to march against the camp of the Saints at Jerusalem.  Then we will destroy the demons and the rebels and conduct the Second Resurrection of the Dead and the Great White Throne Judgment (No. 143B).

After that, God will come here and we will rule the universe as the City of God (No. 180).
