Sabbath Message 19/10/39/120

Dear Friends,

We have watched the behaviour of the political establishment in the UK, the US, AU and the rest of the Commonwealth. In NZ we saw the resignation of PM Key proffered well in advance with no obvious reason or scandal and we have not seen the like since PM Menzies resigned in AU many decades ago.  These days as one political commentator observed “they normally have to cart them out in a box” or words to that effect.

At present the UK, the US and the Commonwealth generally are being judged on their conduct and their faith, ethics and morality.  Whether one agrees or not, the general feeling in the US and UK was that God had intervened and stirred the UK to the Brexit and exposed the lying rogues in the UK Remain campaign both in Westminster and in the EU politicians in Brussels. The US were positive that God had also intervened in the US elections and opened the eyes of the US people to what an unprincipled lying mob of rogues they had on both sides of the Congress, and more particularly how dangerous the Democrats and their candidate Clinton were in the election and how seriously the US was being faced with the extermination of the society as they knew it and the danger the Globalist system posed to their society, and also what dangers it posed to the UK society and to AU, CA and NZ and the rest of the Commonwealth. There is even a counter coup underway now in the 17 agencies of the US with them being involved in a pro Revolution now being formed and resulting in the exposure of the lies emanating from the CIA and its agents in support of Clinton and the Globalists and the discrediting of the false information by those now in support of the counter coup and the anti-Neocon and anti-Globalist scheme.  Fortunately our prayers have been answered. The Satanist and Globalists have been curtailed and our people have been given this one last chance to repent and correct our society. Although they are doing all they can to stop the Electoral College from finally endorsing Trump. If it does not endorse Trump then civil insurrection will follow and many of these Globalist schemers and mouthpieces will be killed.

What we are seeing is the destruction of the ruling class and the educational class, both religious and academic, with blatant lies being advanced politically and educationally and ethically.  In fact no one seemed to bat an eyelid when the chaplain of the Navy that offered the prayer at the Army Navy football game gave, for what may well be the first time, a prayer to Jesus Christ. Certainly such a prayer or any prayer to Christ has never been offered in the history of the Commonwealth Forces.  We certainly have never heard such a prayer offered and accepted by the Amen of others. It runs contrary to the commands of Christ himself and Bible instruction. See the papers Teach us How to Pray (No. 111) and Praying to Christ or Beings other than the Father. (No. 111B).  The US and the BC that are influenced by it are degenerating into a form of Sabellianist heresy and they are about to be brought into punishment.  They will not be first as we have seen this heresy recently approved to be uttered in the UCG and other WCG offshoots and they will be dealt with first.  We are to pray that God rebukes the ministry that utters these forms of heresy or encourages them to be uttered and that God rebukes them publicly.

Last week we dealt with Truth (No. 168) and the various aspects of ethics and morality required of us and this week we will continue on to the issues of integrity that stem from the issue of truth among the elect.  The question of the misuse of truth and the uttering of false information emanating from fear and also avarice is seen clearly in the examination of false information which is covered under the Law and the Ninth Commandment (No. 262). The issue of False Witness for the purpose of fraud and defrauding the people is most evident in the issue of Global Warming. The fraud of Man-made Global Warming is set to defraud mankind of millions and enslave the world. It is solar induced as the Bible says and we will face the horrors of it in the Fourth Vial of the Wrath of God soon to be upon us when Messiah arrives. However, there is nothing we can do to stop it (see the paper Wars of the Last Days and the Vials of the Wrath of God (No. 141B)).   The head of the Roman Catholic Church, Pope Francis, has come out in support of this fraud endorsing the scam, no doubt due to its stated aim which is to undermine western Capitalism in favour of Marxist Globalism and the formation of the One World Government under the UN Agenda 2030.
It is the RC aim to make One World Religion operating under and as head of the religious aspect of that One World Government system (see the papers World War III Part I: The Empire of the Beast (No. 299a); and WWIII Part II: The Whore and the Beast (No. 299B)).

Integrity

Let us look at the major example of Integrity in the nation of Israel under Moses and the costs the nation paid because of the lies of its tribal leaders when they were sent to spy out the promised land and the consequences of that failure in integrity

The spies of the twelve tribes were sent into Canaan to report on the land and its strengths and weaknesses.  The result of fear and misinformation among the spies was that Israel was forced to spend 40 years in the wilderness and that everyone, except for Joshua and Caleb who did not provide false witness, was to die in the wilderness and not see the promised land.  The result was that everyone alive in the body of Israel was to die because of the lies and false witness of the leaders of their people entrusted with informing them of what God desired of them and what they were to do. They were punished also because of their own cowardice and lack of faith. Let us examine this text and see what lessons it has for the body of the Churches of God and the Nations of physical Israel.

Numbers 13:1-3, 17-33;

1The LORD spoke to Moses, saying, 2"Send men to spy out the land of Canaan, which I am giving to the people of Israel. From each tribe of their fathers you shall send a man, every one a chief among them." 3So Moses sent them from the wilderness of Paran, according to the command of the LORD, all of them men who were heads of the people of Israel.

17Moses sent them to spy out the land of Canaan and said to them, "Go up into the Negeb and go up into the hill country, 18and see what the land is, and whether the people who dwell in it are strong or weak, whether they are few or many, 19and whether the land that they dwell in is good or bad, and whether the cities that they dwell in are camps or strongholds, 20and whether the land is rich or poor, and whether there are trees in it or not. Be of good courage and bring some of the fruit of the land." Now the time was the season of the first ripe grapes. 21So they went up and spied out the land from the wilderness of Zin to Rehob, near Lebo-hamath. 22They went up into the Negeb and came to Hebron. Ahiman, Sheshai, and Talmai, the descendants of Anak, were there. (Hebron was built seven years before Zoan in Egypt.) 23And they came to the Valley of Eshcol and cut down from there a branch with a single cluster of grapes, and they carried it on a pole between two of them; they also brought some pomegranates and figs. 24That place was called the Valley of Eshcol, because of the cluster that the people of Israel cut down from there. 25At the end of forty days they returned from spying out the land. 26And they came to Moses and Aaron and to all the congregation of the people of Israel in the wilderness of Paran, at Kadesh. They brought back word to them and to all the congregation, and showed them the fruit of the land. 27And they told him, "We came to the land to which you sent us. It flows with milk and honey, and this is its fruit. 28However, the people who dwell in the land are strong, and the cities are fortified and very large. And besides, we saw the descendants of Anak there. 29The Amalekites dwell in the land of the Negeb. The Hittites, the Jebusites, and the Amorites dwell in the hill country. And the Canaanites dwell by the sea, and along the Jordan." 30But Caleb quieted the people before Moses and said, "Let us go up at once and occupy it, for we are well able to overcome it." 31Then the men who had gone up with him said, "We are not able to go up against the people, for they are stronger than we are." 32So they brought to the people of Israel a bad report of the land that they had spied out, saying, "The land, through which we have gone to spy it out, is a land that devours its inhabitants, and all the people that we saw in it are of great height. 33And there we saw the Nephilim (the sons of Anak, who come from the Nephilim), and we seemed to ourselves like grasshoppers, and so we seemed to them."

Numbers 14:1-4

1Then all the congregation raised a loud cry, and the people wept that night. 2And all the people of Israel grumbled against Moses and Aaron. The whole congregation said to them, "Would that we had died in the land of Egypt! Or would that we had died in this wilderness! 3Why is the LORD bringing us into this land, to fall by the sword? Our wives and our little ones will become a prey. Would it not be better for us to go back to Egypt?" 4And they said to one another, "Let us choose a leader and go back to Egypt."

They would rather have had slavery in Egypt and destruction rather than trust in God and have the courage to enter the promised land

Numbers 14:5-45

5Then Moses and Aaron fell on their faces before all the assembly of the congregation of the people of Israel. 6And Joshua the son of Nun and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, who were among those who had spied out the land, tore their clothes 7and said to all the congregation of the people of Israel, "The land, which we passed through to spy it out, is an exceedingly good land. 8If the LORD delights in us, he will bring us into this land and give it to us, a land that flows with milk and honey. 9Only do not rebel against the LORD. And do not fear the people of the land, for they are bread for us. Their protection is removed from them, and the LORD is with us; do not fear them." 10Then all the congregation said to stone them with stones. But the glory of the LORD appeared at the tent of meeting to all the people of Israel. 11And the LORD said to Moses, "How long will this people despise me? And how long will they not believe in me, in spite of all the signs that I have done among them? 12I will strike them with the pestilence and disinherit them, and I will make of you a nation greater and mightier than they." 13But Moses said to the LORD, "Then the Egyptians will hear of it, for you brought up this people in your might from among them, 14and they will tell the inhabitants of this land. They have heard that you, O LORD, are in the midst of this people. For you, O LORD, are seen face to face, and your cloud stands over them and you go before them, in a pillar of cloud by day and in a pillar of fire by night. 15Now if you kill this people as one man, then the nations who have heard your fame will say, 16'It is because the LORD was not able to bring this people into the land that he swore to give to them that he has killed them in the wilderness.' 17And now, please let the power of the Lord be great as you have promised, saying, 18'The LORD is slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love, forgiving iniquity and transgression, but he will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, to the third and the fourth generation.' 19Please pardon the iniquity of this people, according to the greatness of your steadfast love, just as you have forgiven this people, from Egypt until now." 20Then the LORD said, "I have pardoned, according to your word. 21But truly, as I live, and as all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the LORD, 22none of the men who have seen my glory and my signs that I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and yet have put me to the test these ten times and have not obeyed my voice, 23shall see the land that I swore to give to their fathers. And none of those who despised me shall see it. 24But my servant Caleb, because he has a different spirit and has followed me fully, I will bring into the land into which he went, and his descendants shall possess it. 25Now, since the Amalekites and the Canaanites dwell in the valleys, turn tomorrow and set out for the wilderness by the way to the Red Sea." 26And the LORD spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying, 27"How long shall this wicked congregation grumble against me? I have heard the grumblings of the people of Israel, which they grumble against me. 28Say to them, 'As I live, declares the LORD, what you have said in my hearing I will do to you: 29your dead bodies shall fall in this wilderness, and of all your number, listed in the census from twenty years old and upward, who have grumbled against me, 30not one shall come into the land where I swore that I would make you dwell, except Caleb the son of Jephunneh and Joshua the son of Nun. 31But your little ones, who you said would become a prey, I will bring in, and they shall know the land that you have rejected. 32But as for you, your dead bodies shall fall in this wilderness. 33And your children shall be shepherds in the wilderness forty years and shall suffer for your faithlessness, until the last of your dead bodies lies in the wilderness. 34According to the number of the days in which you spied out the land, forty days, a year for each day, you shall bear your iniquity forty years, and you shall know my displeasure.' 35I, the LORD, have spoken. Surely this will I do to all this wicked congregation who are gathered together against me: in this wilderness they shall come to a full end, and there they shall die." 36nd the men whom Moses sent to spy out the land, who returned and made all the congregation grumble against him by bringing up a bad report about the land— 37the men who brought up a bad report of the land—died by plague before the LORD. 38Of those men who went to spy out the land, only Joshua the son of Nun and Caleb the son of Jephunneh remained alive. 39When Moses told these words to all the people of Israel, the people mourned greatly. 40And they rose early in the morning and went up to the heights of the hill country, saying, "Here we are. We will go up to the place that the LORD has promised, for we have sinned." 41But Moses said, "Why now are you transgressing the command of the LORD, when that will not succeed? 42Do not go up, for the Lord is not among you, lest you be struck down before your enemies. 43For there the Amalekites and the Canaanites are facing you, and you shall fall by the sword. Because you have turned back from following the LORD, the LORD will not be with you." 44But they presumed to go up to the heights of the hill country, although neither the ark of the covenant of the LORD nor Moses departed out of the camp. 45Then the Amalekites and the Canaanites who lived in that hill country came down and defeated them and pursued them, even to Hormah.

Because of their lack of faith in God and their disobedience they were punished.  Not only did they face the consequences of their disobedience and were sent into the wilderness for 40 years as a year for a day of the 40 days of their reconnaissance they were also inflicted with all the evils that God had said would fall on them in the wilderness in their grumbling. This was also to be mirrored by the nation when they had the choice under the Messiah at the Sign of Jonah and they were given the opportunity to repent in the Church of God from Jerusalem. But they did not  repent  after 40 years and so they were sent into the wilderness for forty jubilees from 27 CE to 2027 CE which was the mission of the Messiah and the period of the punishment.

Also they were forced to face the sons of Amalek both at the beginning of the period and at the end of the period as we saw in the last year at the end when Israel was forced into war with Amalek (Ex. 17:8-14). They then entered the promised land after Moses died before the Passover of the next year.

They were also to face the sons of Amalek again under Samuel and Saul and then also amongst the Persians (see also Commentary on Esther (No. 063)).  We will also face this threat from the Amalekites and Elamite Persians in the last days from Iraq and Persia as we understand them.

As it was Aaron and Hur that held Moses’ arms up against Amalek so also will the priesthood be tested in the period now in this the last war of Amalek. The Magogites are also assisting them from the North and many of them will die.

We have seen the entire Sardis and Laodicean systems fall by the wayside under the false prophets Armstrong of the WCG, Ellen G White of the SDA system and the Jehovah Witnesses under their false prophets and heretics (see the paper False Prophecy (No. 269)).

The ministry of these failed systems have until the arrival of the Witnesses to repent and then they will be dealt with.  They will be silenced and suffer the plagues of Egypt until they repent and abandon their Ditheism, Binitarianism/Trinitarianism and abandon the Hillel Calendar system or worse no system at all and then keep the Sabbaths, New Moons and Feasts of the One True God or they will die and the people that follow them will die (Isa. 66:23; Zech 14:16-19).

When the Witnesses get here the entire religious system of the world from the US and its false Wiccan or pagan system and the Islamists and the Europeans and Russians will all be silenced and they will all repent or die.

God expects obedience not sacrifice.  The true faith is shown in the fall of Jericho with Rahab and the body of Israel (See the paper The Fall of Jericho (No. 042)).

The result of obedience and integrity is success and safety

Joshua 2:1 And Joshua the son of Nun sent two men secretly from Shittim as spies, saying, "Go, view the land, especially Jericho." And they went and came into the house of a prostitute whose name was Rahab and lodged there.

As a result of Rahab’s faith in the integrity of the Spies and in their God she was spared with her family and she went on to become the ancestor of David and the Messiah and of many of us in the body of Israel both physically and spiritually.
