Dear Friends,

This week saw the election of Barack Obama as the first African American, and the 44th President of the United States of America. His father was a Luo from Kenya. His mother was an American. His eloquence and his message of hope and change was a primal factor in his winning over the American people. They deeply desire change in the way the US administrative and financial structure is operated and the way in which it engages in its political agenda both at home and abroad. The mandate appears to be simply an endorsement for change in the way in which America is governed and operated and in the financial structure under which it operates.

He inherits the most severe of economic crises, two wars and a diminished position of the US in the world system. The agenda before him is a most daunting task. The American people understand the seriousness of their situation.

He faces some serious challenges. He has now to prepare for what is ahead and select his staff. He has already offered the position of chief of staff to Congressman Emanuel who was an aide in the Clinton administration.

What might we expect of this new young man in the White House? Was his election an accident of history? Always remember that Satan has given his power to the Beast to establish this system of one world government. The structure of change is set to establish the New World Order and all effort is directed to that end.

The President-elect has also to face a challenge to his eligibility to take office and that is still before the appeal courts with two levels to go. Were that to be successful then there would be rioting in the US and no doubt Martial law and intervention and a new administration. That is the sort of background chatter we have seen from the Chinese style stargazers as well as Western stargazers in their seemingly feminist predictions at the beginning of the year.

Remember also the strange comments coming from the Obama team itself with Vice President-elect Joe Biden making comments regarding the requirement for support in the coming crisis when their actions may appear wrong but they wanted support anyway, or words to that effect. What is the crisis in January? VP elect Joe Biden's comments may refer to the problems in the Middle East but it could be internal also. Both areas are due to open up to the agenda of the New World Order.

Scripture cannot be broken and there is no doubt that the Empire of the Beast in the Last Days in which we find ourselves will rule the entire world for one hour. One thing is very certain and that is that the people of the US voted overwhelmingly for change and the sentiment of the people in the US was one of hope and excitement and expectation for the future.

President-elect Obama’s victory speech was a great piece of eloquence. Senator McCain’s concession was a very dignified effort and Mr. Obama could not have been unhappy with it as it reinforced the message of cooperation that he has been trying to get across. It should be remembered however that the purpose of democracy is to have an alternative government whose duty is to oppose those aspects that it considers run counter to the welfare of the people. To achieve that end a reasonable balance must be maintained. What we are seeing is the control of the system by limited democracy and the placement of people in office that work to an agenda that is not in accordance with the Law of God.

Senator McCain exposed the fallacy behind the US religious system and its views as expressed in the political system that it rides when he said that President-elect Obama’s grandmother was now with her creator. That as we know is a Gnostic view of salvation that was the mark of false Christians in the second century CE. Whilst the expression was part of a dignified and friendly speech it still emphasises the failure of the US to comprehend its biblical obligations and the Plan of Salvation as expressed in Scripture. Any one who says that when they die they go to heaven is not a Christian.

It was to be a matter of fact that no matter who won in the US, or anywhere else for that matter, Satan would still pursue his agenda to establish the Beast Power to eliminate mankind. The New World Order is no friend of men.

Some people who call themselves “Christian” in the US have the view that the secret societies arrange the election of Democrats when they wish to concentrate on internal affairs and Republicans when they wish to deal with external affairs. I am afraid that is not the case. Through successive administrations the presidents have brought into effect the orders and instruments of legislation that have prepared the way for the final structure of the New World Order to be put into effect and it will be done over the next few years.

The first step will be the international conference dealing with the New World Financial Order (NWFO). President Bush will preside but the President-elect Obama will also attend and in that sequence of meetings the structure for the establishment of the Globalist NWFO will be put in place.

The intellectual view is that this system of government using the NWFO is the one that will benefit the most people and bring all people out of poverty. The problem is that Satan does not have that as the terminal objective and the Bible says that is not what is going to happen. That is why the Bible has to be written off by the Globalist so-called intelligentsia.

Once the NWFO is agreed and its regulatory system is put in place, Capitalism as we know and understand it will no longer exist. This crisis was engineered to that end. We will overcome the crisis with the good graces of the NWFO operators. What we would term an international form of corporate fascism will take place.

What is foretold also is that the religious system of the Last Days is formed under the Antichrist and the False Prophet. You should all be aware that a composite religious mix from around the world greeted this election with interesting reactions. Hindus sent the team a statue of Hanuman who is a mythical figure who was king of the white monkeys in Hindu writing and is revered as a god in India. Muslims are excited about it and so are African religious groups of various persuasions.

What is emerging is the New Age religious mix that will infect the minds of men and attempt to pervert Scripture. The aim will be to prevent the true faith from baptising the final elect and then subsequently eliminate men so that the Plan of God is frustrated and humans do not fulfil their destiny. Remember that Christ said that if he did not come back there would be no flesh left alive. However, he is sent by God to save those that eagerly await him (Heb. 9:28).

Hebrews 9:24-28 [24] For Christ has entered, not into a sanctuary made with hands, a copy of the true one, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God on our behalf. [25] Nor was it to offer himself repeatedly, as the high priest enters the Holy Place yearly with blood not his own;  [26] for then he would have had to suffer repeatedly since the foundation of the world. But as it is, he has appeared once for all at the end of the age to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.  [27] And just as it is appointed for men to die once, and after that comes judgment, [28] so Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him.

When the last of the 144,000 has been baptised and sealed the earth can be harmed. The real hope and optimism we have is in the return of the Messiah. It is not to be in any man. In these Last Days we will see matters become worse than the worst days of Sodom and Gomorrah.

This week President Medvedev of Russia announced on the morning of the US election victory that because the US were deploying the missile screen in East Europe the Russians would deploy an anti-missile screen in Kaliningrad between Poland and Lithuania. These deployments will see the development of the East European corridor of destruction that will extend over the area of the old historical Pale of Settlement.

We will deal with these issues on the papers on the conduct of WWIII, which started in 2001 and will escalate over the next four years.

The Military-Industrial complex will not simply lie down and accept its virtual elimination. Many of the technological innovations of the Last Days will be used in operations and some of the innovations will be supposedly for peaceful purposes. The new administration in the US will not do away with the war machine.

There is much being made at present in the US over the use of robots to deal with those who oppose the NWO.

The use of machines, robots and cyborgs were prophesied to be used in the Last Days through the prophet Joel as has been pointed out previously.

Joel 2:1-32 [1] Blow the trumpet in Zion; sound the alarm on my holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble, for the day of the LORD is coming, it is near, [2] a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and thick darkness! Like blackness there is spread upon the mountains a great and powerful people; their like has never been from of old, nor will be again after them through the years of all generations. [3] Fire devours before them, and behind them a flame burns. The land is like the garden of Eden before them, but after them a desolate wilderness, and nothing escapes them. [4] Their appearance is like the appearance of horses, and like war horses they run. [5] As with the rumbling of chariots, they leap on the tops of the mountains, like the crackling of a flame of fire devouring the stubble, like a powerful army drawn up for battle. [6] Before them peoples are in anguish, all faces grow pale.  [7] Like warriors they charge, like soldiers they scale the wall. They march each on his way, they do not swerve from their paths. [8] They do not jostle one another, each marches in his path; they burst through the weapons and are not halted. [9] They leap upon the city, they run upon the walls; they climb up into the houses, they enter through the windows like a thief. [10] The earth quakes before them, the heavens tremble. The sun and the moon are darkened, and the stars withdraw their shining. [11] The LORD utters his voice before his army, for his host is exceedingly great; he that executes his word is powerful. For the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; who can endure it? [12] "Yet even now," says the LORD, "return to me with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning; [13] and rend your hearts and not your garments." Return to the LORD, your God, for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love, and repents of evil. [14] Who knows whether he will not turn and repent, and leave a blessing behind him, a cereal offering and a drink offering for the LORD, your God? [15] Blow the trumpet in Zion; sanctify a fast; call a solemn assembly; [16] gather the people. Sanctify the congregation; assemble the elders; gather the children, even nursing infants. Let the bridegroom leave his room, and the bride her chamber. [17] Between the vestibule and the altar let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep and say, "Spare thy people, O LORD, and make not thy heritage a reproach, a byword among the nations. Why should they say among the peoples,`Where is their God?'" [18] Then the LORD became jealous for his land, and had pity on his people. [19] The LORD answered and said to his people, "Behold, I am sending to you grain, wine, and oil, and you will be satisfied; and I will no more make you a reproach among the nations. [20] "I will remove the northerner far from you, and drive him into a parched and desolate land, his front into the eastern sea, and his rear into the western sea; the stench and foul smell of him will rise, for he has done great things. [21] "Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice, for the LORD has done great things! [22] Fear not, you beasts of the field, for the pastures of the wilderness are green; the tree bears its fruit, the fig tree and vine give their full yield. [23] "Be glad, O sons of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD, your God; for he has given the early rain for your vindication, he has poured down for you abundant rain, the early and the latter rain, as before. [24] "The threshing floors shall be full of grain, the vats shall overflow with wine and oil. [25] I will restore to you the years which the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, my great army, which I sent among you. [26] "You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, who has dealt wondrously with you. And my people shall never again be put to shame. [27] You shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I, the LORD, am your God and there is none else. And my people shall never again be put to shame. [28] "And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, and your young men shall see visions. [29] Even upon the menservants and maidservants in those days, I will pour out my spirit. [30]  "And I will give portents in the heavens and on the earth, blood and fire and columns of smoke.  [31] The sun shall be turned to darkness, and the moon to blood, before the great and terrible day of the LORD comes. [32] And it shall come to pass that all who call upon the name of the LORD shall be delivered; for in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be those who escape, as the LORD has said, and among the survivors shall be those whom the LORD calls.

Note that Joel prophesies the sanctification fast of the Temple of God, which are the elect in the Last Days.

The northern armies are sent into the desolate areas between the Mediterranean/Atlantic and the Indian Ocean/Red Sea. There they are destroyed and left to rot. This is unlike Megiddo where they are buried and collected and their equipment used for raw materials. All these things will happen in the next few years and it will all be completely finished by 2025.

Between now and then warfare will escalate and the US will play a major part in the hostilities. The new officials achieving office between now and the first half of 2009 when the struggles are complete will have a massive responsibility in all these matters. They, with the European leaders now coming to them, will in fact form the Beast Power of the Last Days.

The world will see itself virtually destroyed. Christ said that he would come, as if he did not there would be no flesh saved alive.

Matthew 24:15-28 [15] "So when you see the desolating sacrilege spoken of by the prophet Daniel, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand), [16] then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains;  [17] let him who is on the housetop not go down to take what is in his house; [18] and let him who is in the field not turn back to take his mantle. [19] And alas for those who are with child and for those who give suck in those days!  [20] Pray that your flight may not be in winter or on a sabbath. [21] For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been from the beginning of the world until now, no, and never will be. [22] And if those days had not been shortened, no human being would be saved; but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened. [23] Then if any one says to you, `Lo, here is the Christ!' or `There he is!' do not believe it. [24] For false Christs and false prophets will arise and show great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect. [25] Lo, I have told you beforehand. [26] So, if they say to you, `Lo, he is in the wilderness,' do not go out; if they say, `Lo, he is in the inner rooms,' do not believe it. [27] For as the lightning comes from the east and shines as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of man.  [28] Wherever the body is, there the eagles will be gathered together.

[22] False Christs and false prophets will arise and show signs and wonders, to lead astray, if possible, the elect.  [23] But take heed; I have told you all things beforehand.  [24]  "But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light,  [25] and the stars will be falling from heaven, and the powers in the heavens will be shaken.  [26] And then they will see the Son of man coming in clouds with great power and glory.  [27] And then he will send out the angels, and gather his elect from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of heaven.  [28]  "From the fig tree learn its lesson: as soon as its branch becomes tender and puts forth its leaves, you know that summer is near.

The worst phase of the hostilities will develop into the final winter offensive of the war and it is then that the days are cut short by the return of the Messiah.

Pray that God intervenes and gives these men enlightenment and protects those who are His servants. Pray that His people are not allowed to be destroyed.

There is no way out of this ordeal but through it. There is no rapture and no place of safety but in the hand of God. What these politicians do now will determine how serious and how bad it will be in the war sequence (see the papers The Millennium and the Rapture (No. 95) and the Place of Safety (No. 194)).

Pray for their minds to be opened and that we repent and have our sins healed.
