Dear Friends,
This week is a double Sabbath, with the weekly Sabbath followed by Atonement on the first day of the week. It used to be so in the Temple system and is recorded as happening in the Mishnah. However that was changed and the Hillel system was designed to make things more “convenient” so Judah could keep its traditions. Judah was sent into captivity because of the traditions, and its system of tradition became even more horrific after it was dispersed than it was before.
Judah learned nothing from the Incarnation of the Messiah and the forty years for repentance given to it under the Sign of Jonah (See the paper Sign of Jonah and the History of the Reconstruction of the Temple (No. 13)). The things that happened in the period from 66 CE to 73 CE were absolutely disgraceful, and a condemnation of the nation of Judah, and its dependency Edom (see the paper War with Rome and the Fall of the Temple (No. 298)).
It is a strange to think that what the Messiah promised them for so long came as foretold, and they knew he had to die to redeem them. He was their Prince and Messiah, and yet even when they killed him, they did not repent. Their High Priest had prophesied that the Messiah had to die to save the nation that year, and yet even after they were told, firstly by the Baptist, and then by the High Priest, and even by Christ himself, they still did not understand. Their minds and hearts were darkened and they went into captivity rather than turn and be saved.
What Judah did at the first Incarnation, the Gentiles will do at the Second Advent. They will reject the Messiah and fight him. They will declare him an alien. The films are already being made to condition the world to that position. The occultists are working at that fact, and they are literally churning out movies that portray that situation. Independence Day was such a film. Look also at the paper The Other Side of Starwars (No. 181).
It is also quite interesting to see the comments coming out of the Pentecostals. The US religious establishment is propounding the theory that Antichrist will come and establish the Laws of Moses, and then build a temple in Jerusalem as his headquarters.
What, pray tell, does the Bible say that Messiah will do? He comes to Jerusalem; he stands on the Mount of Olives; the Mount then cleaves in two. It forms a massive valley that is a plain with the two halves of the Mount at either end. The valley extends from some nine miles north of Jerusalem to north of Beer Sheba and is some 66 km long. He then brings the whole world’s armies to Megiddo and destroys them at the greatest physical battle in history. He then establishes the government of the resurrected saints in Jerusalem for 1,000 years (see Rev. chapter 20 among others).
Ezekiel even gives the exact dimensions of the Temple that is to be built. Zechariah tells us that the Bible festivals will be conducted there. Zechariah says that if they are not kept Messiah will kill the offenders. Isaiah tells us the Sabbaths and New Moons will be kept by force.
What Bible do these people read? The answer is that they do not read the Bible. They select bits of the NT and misapply those. They completely disregard the OT even though Christ says: “not one jot or tittle will pass from the law until heaven and earth pass away”. He also states that the elect will be gods, all of them and Scripture, which is the OT, cannot be broken (cf. Jn.10:34-35).
The hardest thing for these people to grasp is that they are not going anywhere. There is no heaven, and no rapture, and no hell, other than the grave for them, and Tartarus for the demons (see the paper The Millennium and the Rapture (No. 95)).
These false teachers will be killed if they do not repent. If it is necessary to deal with them God will send an army of foreigners into the US, and into Australia, and anywhere else that is necessary, and destroy all of them. The army will be given faces and hearts of stone to deal with them as is necessary.
No person teaching against the Commandments of God and the Testimony and Faith of Jesus Christ will be left alive in 2027. The elect are those who teach and do those things (Rev. 12:17; 14:12). Satan’s time will be up and these people who persecute the saints of God will be stopped. The “religion business” will be no more.
After the Feast of Tabernacles in 2027 all those nations who do not send representatives to Jerusalem and keep the Feasts will have no rain in due season and the people will suffer the plagues of Egypt. They will continue to suffer those plagues until there is not one of them left alive who is disobedient.
Those who do not take the bread and wine of Christ at the Passover will also not be protected.
One would have thought that it was all fairly simple. It seems all too clear when one reads the Bible. The problem is that you have to read it and believe that it means what it says. There is the problem. These people simple don’t want to believe it. They don’t want to admit error.
Any person who says that you have to repent and be baptised as an adult, and keep the Sabbaths and basic laws of God, other than the sacrificial laws, which were fulfilled in Christ, is treated as an heretic. Four centuries ago they would have been, and were, burned at the stake for saying it.
These people invent the Antichrist argument because the demons know that the sequence will unfold as Scripture says it will unfold. So they have to convince gullible people that God does not really mean what He says.
Well God does mean what He says and He is capable of reaching into any backwood’s corner pocket on this planet and dealing with any of these antinomians.
Christ did not nail the Law to the stake. He took the cheirographon or bill of indebtedness that we owed God through breach of the law and paid it in full, and it was nailed to the stake through his blood. Every time we go to a restaurant we get a cheirographon, and someone has to pay it. The bill we owed God could only be paid in full by Christ’s sacrifice. So he came down to earth and died to pay that debt. Christ was the one who spoke to Moses at Sinai and gave him the very law that Moses listed in the Bible texts (1Cor. 10:1-5). It was only the sacrifices that were to be fulfilled in Christ. Read Hebrews; that will tell us exactly what happened, and what Christ did, and how he entered the sanctuary, and what he took with him in order to become our High Priest after the order of Melchisedek.
Tomorrow is Atonement. We are to reconcile with God through Christ. Remember, John told is clearly and simply: Sin is transgression of the law (1Jn.3:4). That text is the most seldom repeated and most ignored text in Trinitarian Christianity. Their carnal minds are in enmity to the Law of God and will always be so until they repent and are baptised as a repentant adults, and turn to God and are saved.
Fast also for the ignorant on this Day of Atonement. Let the bonds of ignorance
and wickedness be broken.
