Sabbath Message 080329120
Dear friends,
We are told in very clear writings to keep God’s law (see paper no. L1 ) and be separate from this present evil world (see also the paper Leaving Babylon (No. 123)).
2Corinthians 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
Revelation 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
We all have by now a certain understanding of the meaning to be ‘separate’. Yet, individually we may not all be at the same stage of our sequence in this separation from the world.
We know from the basic understanding that we are in this world as physical beings and we must remain in the world until we are translated or fall asleep.
John 17:11 And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.
John 17:15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.
We are in the world but we must not be part of it.
1John 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
Our separation and sanctification is not our own doing as such but our Father’s doing from the beginning of our lives. He has set Yahoshua as the elohim and captain who will do what is required to cleanse his temple, his church as a group and each member individually. So he leads us and instructs us in this separation from the world. It is an ongoing process throughout our lives in which he sets us apart, or sanctifies us, or separates us from the world. In this context these three expressions are synonymous. He accomplishes this according to Father’s will and to His plan established from the foundation of the world.
The tool that he uses to separate us is very simple. It is through the knowledge and application of the law written in our hearts by the Holy Spirit. Our separation becomes more evident as we obey God’s commandments in contrast to this world’s open disobedience of His Laws. In the last days, this contrast will be extreme as the 2 witnesses (see paper no. 135) will expose the world’s lawlessness in the light of God’s Law.
We have begun a new cycle with an important cleansing of the temple. Such a cleansing is for the good of the temple and the worshippers. It is hard for those who were placed aside in the work during that process. In the end, it is for the good of all because Father will come to His temple to be worshiped in it.
Matthew 21:12 And Jesus went into the Temple and sent out all who were trading there, overturning the tables of the money-changers and the seats of those trading in doves.
Since the Lord Yahoshua began the sanctification of the temple (see paper no. 241) some 2000 years ago, he has been cleansing his temple ever since, that is, his church. There are some who may enter it but who are not destined to remain and so they are removed one way or the other.

We must be willing to separate ourselves from this world by refusing to participate in this world’s activities, as they are mostly opposed to God’s Laws. We respect the human governments as they received authority from God although we must discern between the legal application of God’s authority and the abusive use of that authority to promote and establish rebellion against God’s Laws.
The subject, which was raised recently was the ownership in this world’s businesses that operate regularly in breach of God’s Laws. It should become clear to the elect today that it is not a sound investment to put money in such enterprises that breach God’s Laws. As some broker would say at the proper time: it’s now time to sell (our worldly shares). We must be separate in all our activities. We should use our money for our own personal business of living God’s way. Human progress has led us to human misery. We may need to go back in history to see how God’s people lived then in accordance to His Laws. We must seek diligently a way to live and to make a living by God’s grace without getting involved in this world’s aggressive commerce.
There are other activities that will be shown to us as not being proper to participate in as members of the body of Christ. The one single perfect guide to perfect law obedience is our Lord and master Yahoshua the Christ who kept it perfectly in his own flesh. Would not Yahoshua keep the law in the flesh of his body the church today? Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever (Heb. 13:8).
When we ask if Yahoshua would take part in this world’s business, we should
have a very clear answer: NO. We are coming from this world but we must separate
from it progressively as our understanding of God’s Law increases and as the
Holy Spirit (see paper no. 117) leads us. The process by which we are being
spiritually separated from the world has very real physical implications in
our lives. God’s food laws
(no. 015) constitute a very physical separation from this world’s lawless
diets. For instance, we should not now use a restaurant that we know to make
extensive use of pork and pork fat in cooking so that we are not in breach of
the law. To be separate is not just a vague spiritual concept but a real physical
concept also. Again we see that 2Corinthians 6:17 has a very physical dimension
to it when it says ‘touch not the unclean thing’ by no means excluding the prime
spiritual meaning .
On the other hand, we don’t want to get into the physical paranoia or asceticism
which Paul mentioned.
Colossians 2:20 Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the
world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,21 (Touch
not; taste not; handle not; 22 Which all are to perish with the using;) after
the commandments and doctrines of men?
We can trust our Father that He has a perfect plan by which our lives are miraculously
set aside as the elect to prevent our spiritual contamination. As for our physical
condition we are ready for the slaughter as sheep, in the hope of our new body
with Christ at His coming. Our captain Yahoshua has prayed that we be kept from
evil and we can trust that his prayers are heard and answered. There is no place
of safety (see paper no. 194) for our contaminated physical bodies as falsely
taught in the past.
John 17:15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that
thou shouldest keep them from the evil.
Because of extensive contamination of the water and the food on the face of
the planet, and incomplete food labelling, although we look for clean foods,
it has become humanly impossible to consciously select entirely clean foods
on our own wisdom. Many websites report insane activities relating to this new
world order which is racing towards a total world control. We will not delve
into these details but let us not be ignorant of the
devil’s designs (see paper no. 43).
2Corinthians 2:11 Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant
of his devices.
Brethren, some people have no idea how far the fallen host have gone to exterminate
the elect from the face of the earth. The so-called high technology developed
in this industrial age and the advancements in medical knowledge are not for
the welfare of humanity as we have been told but for its destruction. Satan
did not hesitate to kill all young males in a given region in the hope to destroy
a single male child. He did this type of genocide at least twice to destroy
Moses and Yahoshua but was not successful. The fallen host are preparing all
types of technologies to be able to locate the elect in these last days to prevent
us from doing the commission
of the Church (see paper no. 171) and to destroy us. Father Eloah is our
safety and protector and He will accomplish what He has set out to do at the
exact day and hour.
We know there is a mark of
the beast (see paper no. 25) for the world to be able to buy and sell. We
know also that there is a seal of God for the elect. This seal is also the mark
that sets the elect apart or the sign of separation. The elect do not put it
on themselves but they receive it from an angel who marks them at the command
from Eloah. He knows the elect whom He has chosen from the foundation of the
world.
Brethren, let us pray that we continue in the faith of Yahoshua to hold fast
through all tribulations until the end of this body for then it will be ‘the
beginning’ of eternal life
(see paper no. 133) to reign with Christ in the
government of God (see paper no.174).
Let us be separate from this world’s rebellion and spiritual pollution but let
us be united in agape love in the body of Yahoshua by the Holy Spirit. Our destiny
is already written in Father’s book of life. Let us give Him thanks and praises
for His mercy is great and His Plan is perfect and sure.
