Sabbath Message by Wade Cox

Sabbath 6/13/25/120

Dear Friends,

This Sabbath I would like to speak about a subject that is troubling the world. That is peace and the likelihood of war in a number of nations. We are at present concerned with the war in Iraq and the deployment of what would like to be called UN troops so far away from their nations.

A section of the UN groups are trying to persuade others to force Iraq to disarm. Most, if not all, of the nations that are permanent members of the UN Security Council themselves possess these weapons of mass destruction. They are to be trusted with the weapons whereas Iraq is not to be trusted because their leader who is a despot has ruled them for decades and is not part of the glorious democratic movement that has proven so able in the organisation and control of the Western societies. But then again, nor is China. Russia has just joined this glorious democratic society and is making hard way of it but can be trusted, except where it sells nuclear arms on the black market, or they simply disappear, as was the case with the satchel nuclear weapons some time ago.

We have been led along the propaganda path that said we were waiting for the UN weapons inspection reports. However, China has just announced that it will use its power of veto in the decision against Iraq. That means that no UN decision is possible. However, The Alliance says a UN resolution is in place and simply not enforced. Also, we should remember back to the Korean War. The war in Korea was a UN war but it only made it as a UN sanctioned war because Russia, as a permanent member of the UN Security Council, failed to turn up on the day of the vote and its power of veto would have made Korea an unauthorised war of aggression. This time China, who now has the power of veto, will stop the Iraqi conflict because it suites its long term alliances to do so. The allies will ignore that and so the UN is a paper tiger.

What we see being played out is the consolidation of the powers that the Bible terms as the Kings of the North and the South as two groups, and the Kings of the East as a third. These nebulous prophetic influences can also be groups as the Union of the Ten Kings of Revelation. This Union of the Ten Kings is the Beast Power. It is opposed by the groups it destroys to achieve world domination. The third major power that survives is the Kings of the East. The Northern Union allows the Kings of the East to achieve dominion in its sphere of influence whilst that group works with the union of the Beast power.

For the first time in its history the nation of Australia is going to embark on a war against a nation that has not attacked it nor has it attacked any of its neighbours, nor indeed any other nation. For this reason, much is being made about the likelihood of Iraq making a strike against another nation.

Britain is also going to do the same. However, its history has seen it occupy lands before the Reformation and the Civil War, such as the invasion of Ireland by Papal dispensation in order to impose the Roman Catholic religion and destroy the Quarto-decimans of Cashel and impose Catholic rule from Armagh. No one was around then to appeal for Ireland and it went into unspeakable depravity for Catholic Religious purposes.

The greater global influences and the looming conflicts ahead make oil an important factor. The USA has failed to develop its infrastructure and has no effective transport system being dependent on the internal combustion engine. Moreover, it has made the engine petrol based with the roads dependent on middle east crude for bituminous tars to make the black ribbons along which the ants of democratic commerce scurry carrying the bodies of their comrades back to be torn down and re-consumed in the cannibalistic chain of life they serve. Thus it is vulnerable, having suppressed other engine technology for oil profits, to global power shifts and control of oil. So also is the UK and Europe. It was for this reason this last week that we saw Australia bully East Timor into the treaty that gave so much of its single major asset away. This oil and gas asset is so important that Australia must gain control even if they have already agreed to supply China with that power for decades to come, and it may involve a war in the north over resources and provide an excuse for the expansion of Chinese control in the Pacific. What we see is the fact that smaller nations are simply pawns in the hands of the larger power groups.

We are destroying our environment because we lack the vision to place in position long-term plans and projects that will ensure our survival. More importantly, nations are destroying the environments of the nations around them. The food they eat is contrary to God’s Law and is destroying the environment. People are reducing the brain capacity of themselves and their children by silly fads contrary to God’s Law (see the papers The Food Laws (No. 015); Vegetarianism and the Bible (No. 183); and Balance (No. 209). Much of this problem comes from the fact that we don’t love our neighbours next door. If we don’t do that, how can we love the neighbours in the next country?

The question of East Timor is an example that horrifies many Australians as they come to find out what really happened. In 1975 Australia stood by as Indonesia invaded East Timor. Many of us knew of the invasion and Australia was briefed by Indonesia. Many of us were nauseated by television scenes, where for years the ex PM of the day Gough Whitlam denied all knowledge. We watched as he savaged one man on public television for stating that he knew of the action; when many of us knew he certainly did know. Australia left Timor open to invasion because it did not approve of the politics of the East Timorese leaders. Australia decided that it did not want a Communist state on their doorstep. So perhaps the moral of the story is that others will only help when it is in their interests to help. Only after countless atrocities was any UN action sanctioned. Now after helping East Timor the oil and gas fields are the important thing. The people who came to Australia as refugees are only now having their cases heard and are being denied resident status even after being in the country for 12 or so years and raising families. That is contrary to God’s Law.

The problems in Iraq are more pressing than even East Timor. Who is prepared to act? Iran was at war with Iraq for years and lost hundreds of thousands yet now seems confused in its loyalties because the West is against the Iraqi leadership. It seems it must choose between the lesser of two evils; or is it the evil of two lesser?

The UN is at a cross-roads. To remain the political forum of the Beast Power it must act with the power of the Security Council intact. After Iraq, then North Korea must be suppressed. After North Korea, who is next? Three nations must be destroyed to enforce the system universally. You will watch as that happens.

The three power groups depicted by George Orwell in his work 1984 are emerging now. 1984 was merely the reversal of the years in which he wrote, i.e. 1948. He was unsure of the speed with which this monster would develop. The use of computer technology through the TV screen is now all too real. USA and China are preparing the control systems that will take over computer and web access. China is now censoring all religious material on the web. Democracy will degenerate to a farce between two parties of the same monster. Soon we will be controlled in all movement as we see the air control project in the USA now take off. We will have a colour of green yellow or red. They will determine the allocation of tickets and whether or not you will go anywhere. That is the start. The freedoms we fought for, both over the British Civil War and subsequently, are being removed day by day and the people simply accept it. No one realises the horror of what is before us. Nations will cease to exist for a while as we suppress dispute and enforce the International reality of a UN, or that which comes in its place.

We are seeing Eurasia, East Asia and Oceania develop. By the coming of the Messiah we will see the full horror of this system of world control. Oceania will become a battleground. Orwell did not understand the Bible scenario. Otherwise he would have adjusted the Oceania group into a (Beast) Power of Europe taking control of the Middle East with the UK, as Airstrip One, being forced into compliance by war with Islam, which is engendered by European political manipulations. However, the real aggressors at present appear to be the English speaking nations.

The power of the US and BC is being deployed into the Middle East and is being opposed now at home and abroad. War with Iraq appears inevitable given the attitude of the leaders. It may even be that the UN may face dissolution over this conflict, as did the League of Nations before it. Political leaders are in serious trouble over deployment within treaties that demand UN Sanction for validity. We are at the stage where a President of the US or Prime Minster of Australia or UK could be brought before the UN on charges for War Crimes for actions that conflict with their own internal treaties.

The UN is very vulnerable and it may be replaced by something more Eurocentric. This will see a replacement of spheres of influence with other spheres and movement of nations and peoples. The refugee question will prove to be a major factor in the actions and reaction of nations especially in Europe. Refugees will flood into Europe and will face increasing controls and the Islamic/Trinitarian Wars will see much tighter controls again. Water is the major factor of the twenty-first century. We must undertake conservation measures and water storage on a large scale. We have to protect the environment by storage and evaporation systems for rain production.
We have to follow the Bible food laws for protection of the food chain. We have to eat meat and dairy products for the protection of our brains and the brains of our children. Without these foods we will degenerate to morons and even more quickly destroy the planet.

Above all we must seek peace. The West is now developing a new bomb called the Mother of all Bombs or MOAB. This bomb will no doubt replace the polluting nuclear weapons. We should read what God has to say about Moab and Ammon in the last days to see a sobering lesson over the production of this MOAB. One only has had to have, in bygone days, patrolled through an area that has been subjected to B52 strikes to see the devastation and craters pock marking the defoliated forests for miles, to know just what man is capable of in destroying the environment. This never-ending war in the Middle East will have its result. Now with depleted uranium we don’t need atomic weapons or Agent Orange for the full horror to be reached.

“I have heard the reproach of Moab and the revilings of the children of Ammon, whereby they have reproached My People, and magnified themselves against their border. Therefore as I live saith the Lord of Hosts, the God of Israel, Surely Moab shall be as Sodom, and the Children of Ammon as Gomorrah, even the breeding of nettles and saltpits, and a perpetual desolation: the residue of My People shall spoil them and the remnant of My People shall possess them. This shall they have for their pride because they have magnified themselves against the people of the Lord of Hosts. The Lord will be terrible unto them: for He will famish all the gods of the earth; and men shall worship Him, every one from his place, even all the isle of the heathen (Zeph. 2:8-11).”

The failure to obey God and to pursue peace, but rather the never ending attempts to destroy the nation of Israel both Judah in Palestine and Israel abroad, will see the end of the nations who will be brought to destruction and famine and ultimately to worship of the God of Israel the Lord of Hosts who is the One True God. Islam should pay particular attention to this text as it shows that a nation claiming to be of Islam, yet disregarding the Bible and attacking the people of Israel, will die.

Nations cannot protect themselves by making alliances. Only by obedience to God will man be saved. It is by turning to God and obeying His Laws and His word and serving the Messiah in His system will man be saved. If God is for us who can be against us? Abraham was given a legacy so that all who obey God and come into the sons of Abraham and the covenant of God, which is the Body of Christ, can benefit and enjoy the bounty of the earth. Remember that we were once slaves in Egypt and we and other people with us were brought out and set apart as a people of God so that the whole world might be saved in their turn.

When this system finally destroys the nations that stretch from the Middle East to the Central Russian Steppes will they finally understand what they have done. Messiah will deal with them in Jerusalem and then call the armies of the other nations down to Judgment in the valley of decision.

Israel and the nations of the West are to be judged soon before God. That is why these things are being brought to a head. This is a spiritual war and thus the things that happen have motives that are not at first apparent. The demons are creating a scenario of destruction that will leave us all exposed and vulnerable. Satan wishes to destroy all of mankind. That is why he is judged and why he fell after the garden and was judged by the exposure to Messiah. Mankind fights among one another not understanding the causes and not obeying God because they see and hear but do not understand.

It is by the power of prayer among the elect of God from the Passover that we are able to intercede for those who know no better and are the simple and the erroneous of the nations. The demons, who are the forces of wickedness in high places, are opposed by us so that our people might at least survive. What we do determines how they are blessed or cursed, even in their sin. If you love them, do for them all that you can in your prayers before God.

Pray for peace and in your obedience it might happen. Note the world is urged to pray for peace by the disobedient and they wonder why God does not hear them. Pray for the protection of our people all over the world. It is only by obedience that peace will come. If Messiah does not come there would be no flesh saved alive. Remember that fact. When these people cry: “Peace, peace!” then disaster will descend upon them without warning.
