Sabbath Message by Wade Cox

Dear Friends,

This Sabbath I would like to talk about reconciliation. The way of peace is a hard road and requires sacrifice.

Above all, peace requires a commitment to truth and a capacity to forgive. I wrote recently that God requires our forgiveness of others as a prerequisite to His forgiveness of us. Do not minimise that requirement.

God also requires our repentance of sin in order to remain in the faith. Often many of our people do not understand that they sin and only see fault in others. We are on the brink of World War III. I advised of this problem and sequence in 1997 in Canada in the paper The Last Thirty Years: The Final Struggle (No. 219). Many people did not understand the significance of what was being said then. Some thought it meant the struggle of the previous thirty years, rather than the last thirty years of this age. The paper Global Warming (No. 218) was given at the same time. As you can see these things are now taking place and have been unfolding as we said they would.

We are now poised on the brink of the destruction of this planet. The demons have worked towards that event and are about to let loose the dogs of war. They know their time is short. How did they get us to this point? How is it the human species is so feeble minded that it allowed itself to be used to its own destruction? The answer is that the carnal mind is enmity towards God and is not subject to the Law of God (Rom. 8:6-8).

The god of this world has power over the creation until the end of this age. He "has blinded the minds of the unbelievers to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the likeness of God. For what we preach is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, with ourselves as your servants for Jesus' sake. For it is The God who said, 'Let light shine out of darkness,' who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ" (2Cor. 4:4-6 cf. RSV).

How did Satan blind the minds of the unbelievers and affect the world to this stage in the Last Days of his rule?

Firstly he set about corrupting the faith from the beginning. He corrupted the laws of God with the traditions of men, that he set up as the oral law and set that in opposition to the written Law of God, and the Testimony of the prophets. He continued this falsehood with the production of the Mishnah and the tractate Talmud, which is commentary on the Mishnah, and which is the compilation of tradition. Each time God sent a prophet, Satan counterfeited the system. Judaism, after the dispersion and the destruction of the physical Temple, continued corrupting the Bible through the traditions, and by 358 CE they had corrupted and produced a false calendar.

God sent the Church through Christ and the apostles, and Satan penetrated and counterfeited it and corrupted its teachings. By 111 CE they had introduced Sunday worship alongside the Sabbath in Rome. By 154 they had introduced the pagan Easter system in Rome through Anicetus, and by 192 CE they had split the Church by force under the bishop Victor of Rome. They introduced Gnostic doctrines and the worship of the gods Attis in Rome, and that of Adonis in the east. By the fourth century, both Judaism and Empirical Christianity had become corrupt and divergent from the Bible and the laws and Calendar of God.

The Church was persecuted and fought for survival over the centuries.

An Arab named Ahmed was raised up as a prophet to the Anointed Church in Arabia. The Church was termed there "the muhammed." This system kept the calendar as per the ancient Judaic system, as the Church had done for centuries.

No sooner was Ahmed dead that his teachings were perverted and the calendar was corrupted under the Caliph Omar. What became known as the Hadith commenced to be written, and for centuries this false system corrupted Islam and prevented any unification or reconciliation of the three great faiths.

These three faiths, Judaism, Christianity and Islam, were separated by a gulf of lies and tradition, that perverted the teachings of the prophets and the Bible in its entirety, and clouded the commentaries on the Bible made by the early Church, including the Koran.

The nature of God was attacked and a system of Binitarianism or Ditheism was introduced from the worship of the god Attis in Rome, which taught a Father and Son were two aspects of the one God, who was crucified on a Friday and resurrected on a Sunday. This Binitarian heresy, or Modalism, was adopted by Christianity. It resulted in the Trinity and even in a ditheist approach in the later Churches of God in the twentieth century.

We now stand on the brink of world war and the destruction of the human race. What God has said through the prophets is about to unfold and we will destroy ourselves through our own heretical disobedience.

How do we stop it? How do we go back? The answer is simple.

We have to turn to God with all our hearts and repent. We have to harmonise the original teachings, restore the Bible, and harmonise the Koran with it and turn our collective backs on these traditions that have corrupted the faith of Judah, Israel, and Ishmael, and through them the Jewish, Christian and Islamic world.

We are working with Arabs and other nations, both Christian and Muslim, to restore the faith. Soon we will produce a paper that will harmonise the Muslim Calendar with the Biblical Calendar, and show the true system as it was instructed to be kept by the prophet, and the original Islam and the Church. That work will rock Islam and cause a return to the truth among many.

The new, or should we say old Koran, will be published with commentary that will harmonise it with the Bible. That harmony will condemn both Trinitarian Christianity and Hadithic Islam, and show Talmudic Judaism up for the unbiblical fraud it is.

What then? Will they all repent in a rush? The answer is that it requires a contrite heart and a humble spirit to repent. It takes a genuine desire to please God.

Being reconciled means following the Laws of God in truth. It means loving one's brother and one's enemies and being reconciled to those who were formerly critical of us. It means acknowledging fault and correcting error. It means having an earnest desire for change to follow the will of our Heavenly Father.

Reconciling means also keeping no record of wrongs in the past. It means hoping all things for the future. The love chapter (1Cor. Ch. 13) shows us that we must endure all things in love; believe all things in faith; be patient and kind. Don't be jealous or boastful. Don't be arrogant or rude. Don't insist on our own way and don't be irritable or resentful. Don't rejoice at wrong, but rejoice in the right. Correct error in this regard. Do not be selective about the faith, but bear all things and believe all things. In this way also hope all things and endure all things for the Love of God, through his servant the Messiah, called Jesus the Christ. Love all men without end as we love God and Christ and they love us.

When we are told to draw a line under something, as Accountants rule off a balance sheet, it means that we should not hold any record of any supposed wrongs and start again with a new account. As God nailed our debts to the stake with the death of Christ, so too do we nail the debts of others, having them paid in full in the blood of Christ who died for us all.

Do not look for fault in others. Help all others to find the truth and follow the will of God. Be patient with those who do not understand. Avoid scoffers who will not see and debate for their own vanity. Sin is transgression of the Law. If a man will not follow the laws of God, he has a carnal mind and will not see. With such men you have nothing in common.

There are prophecies to be unfolded yet, regarding both Judah and Ishmael. There will be a conversion of Judah and also some of the tribes of Ishmael, who will be selected to serve in the priesthood for the millennium.

These conversions will take place in power and strength. They will occur through the preaching of the gospel in truth. It is part of the role to be played by the descendents of Abraham in the restoration under Jesus Christ. Unfortunately, before the world is reconciled, we must suffer much through stupidity.

There will also be tasks and a calling for all tribes and nations and people and tongues. We are going to commence translation soon into the West African tongues, using our people there and volunteers. God will call people out of these areas and they will reconcile their differences. Do not harbour resentment for past errors or perceived fault.

Also, do not be slow to acknowledge fault and repent. Remember what God says about those who misuse the New Moons of the Lord for wrongdoing. He says this of the false religions of the Babylonian system and her harlot daughters, who claim to be of the prophets of the faith: "Stand fast in your enchantments and your many sorceries, with which you have laboured from your youth; perhaps you may be able to succeed, perhaps you may inspire terror. You are wearied with your many counsels; let them stand forth and save you, those who divide the heavens, who gaze at the stars, who at the New Moons predict what shall befall you. Behold they are like stubble, the fire consumes them; they cannot deliver themselves from the power of the flame" (Isa. 47:12-14a).

God is pretty clear in that text. Who can save you from your fate, you stargazers? Look to your enchantments and sorceries in the magazines that you follow with glee at every checkout counter, you gullible women. See if the stars of your gods can save you from what is to come. See if your gods can fill your reservoirs with water and fill your tables with food. Predict what is to become of you and your wealth, stargazers.

We face an ongoing struggle over the next few decades and it is getting worse each day.

The test of the true Church is simple. The Testimony of Christ is the Spirit of prophecy (Rev. 19:10b). The Church speaks according to the Law and the testimony. They follow the Laws of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ (Rev. 12:17; 14:12). If what they say does not come to pass, then we need not fear them. But if they speak according to the Law and the testimony and what they say comes to pass, then we had better be very much concerned with what they say.

Remember that the Passover is upon us soon. Prepare for that event and get on with discerning the body of Christ. We have to be validly baptised into the body of Christ and looking to keep the Passover, where the Lord our God chooses to place His name, through the body of Christ.

If you don't understand what you have to do, ask and it will be explained to you.

Prepare with all diligence. Love your neighbours as yourselves and ask what you can do to help the Church to do the work of the last days.

Remember this gospel of the kingdom of Heaven shall be preached as a warning to all nations and then the end shall come. If you're not working with the body of Christ to that end, you are burying your talent and you are an idle servant.

Let us get on with the job with all diligence and love one another as God and Christ loves us.
