Dear Friends,
This Sabbath goes into a long weekend with the Day of Atonement on Monday. We
should all be reflecting on our positions and our relationships with God and
one another.
The Feast this year has been hectic in the preparation and many of our people
have had serious trials in the pre-feast period. Remember that it is in these
periods that God lifts his hand and the adversary is often able to hurt us or
cause us grief. Remember that all things work together for the good to those
who love the Lord and are called according to his purpose. Sometimes it is as
though some of us are also hard of hearing or slow to act once they do hear
the bugle and suffer many trials they need not face.
I will be at the Vancouver feast site this year and I hope we all get to know
one another and are stronger in the faith for our exposure to each other. Remember
that the Church is growing at a steady rate and many new people are coming in
with no previous exposure to the churches of God. That is often a good thing
as it allows for fresh approaches in attitudes. Be strong in our trials and
in the face of adversity. Strengthen one another.
Often many of us are faced with unemployment before the feast due to our faith.
Many face this situation each year. Some face it for the first time due to the
faith. I notice that many of us are persecuted for the faith by what passes
for Christians. Remember those who call themselves Christians in these last
days are often fakes of the old Gnostic system and of those who have persecuted
us over the centuries. Do not lose heart. God will never leave you or forsake
you.
I thought that you might like to know the order of access on the lists this
last month. The list runs
USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, UK, France, Italy,
Malaysia, South Africa, Belgium, Spain, Singapore, Germany, Indonesia, Japan,
Poland, Hungary, New Zealand, Argentina, Austria, Switzerland, Russian Federation,
Israel, Philippines, Brazil, Chile, Ukraine, Colombia, Sweden, Taiwan, Peru,
Belize, Denmark, Latvia, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Estonia, Trinidad and Tobago,
Norway, Brunei Darussalam, Portugal, Croatia, Czech Republic, Costa Rica, Egypt
Mauritius, Dominican Republic, Turkey, Romania, Jamaica, and so on for 107 countries.
It is of note that Mexico has risen into the top five this month replacing Saudi
Arabia, and with the Netherlands replacing UK. on last month. Malaysia and South
Africa have risen to solid placements at 10 and 11th place with Belgium dropping
behind them. They are now receiving many hundreds of accesses each and many
new ones increasing every month. Our Islamic access is rising and this month
for the first time "Islam" as a key word was accessed more prolifically
than "Christian."
We are receiving requests and new people from many nations now and it is hard
for some in being placed with others as there are many scattered brethren. Pray
that we are all able to fellowship and are given others of like mind with which
to gather. Do not forsake your gathering together.
I have some films made on the recent visit to Turkey and whilst they are raw
edits and require more editing on return they will provide some new viewing
for the feast in North America.
The work will be undertaken on the Koran when I return and hopefully we can
get some sense out into the world instead of the insane approaches of the world
to the relationships with "Islamic" and "Christian" nations
before they proceed to annihilate each other in the name of God.
Pray for our increase and our success in preaching the gospel of the Kingdom
of God. We have much work to do and the hour is very late. Work hard and help
each other.
Love one another as God and Christ love us.
